I'd recommend a pool with a bar. No sand, no kids, and plenty to drink.

Pools have their appeal at times, truly, but I do prefer a nice beach, palm trees, a hammock and cocktails.

That sounds nice. I used to live in California and it was beautiful there, but I haven't really been to the southwest. It's on my bucket list, though.

Well, sure, but we’re in the midst of a pandemic. Stay out of the beach is a necessary thing to do. I do dream of a time when I can safely visit one again though.

Typed in desert in Colorado into google. Looks pretty, the only American desert I've been to would be in Oregon though.

There are deserts in Oregon? You are not talking about a semi-desert, right?

I was told it was a desert by people who live there, I'm not going to argue with them. Besides it looked like an American desert.

Is it weird that I'm still enjoying nursery rhymes even till now? I will never get sick of them.

Having heard quite a handful of them from the TV shows I watched as a kid. And till now, every time I hear one, it's always taking me back to the innocent days when I was a little 4 year old kid.

Dad played a ton of Nirvana and mum played a ton of U-2 when I was 4. Much of my early childhood music was lots of alternative rock.

Every once in a while I blast this and scream along in the house, makes the wife and kids nuts. Which is weird when they were 3 and 6 they sang too, at 22 and 25. Not so much.
