So I'm a bit curious: if Bernie wins the popular vote, but loses the nomination, will the DNC complain about the EC during the General Election?
Come, learn about Russian Culture! Bring Vodka and Ushanka. Interested in Slavic Culture? Fill this out.

I used pronouns until the mods made using wrong pronouns warnable, so I use names instead; if you see malice there, that's entirely on you, and if pronouns are no longer warnable, I'll go back to using them

Rounding error then. Check numbers (eg Sanders vote) then check a bit later.

I don't get it? EDIT: The DNC might well complain about the systems used by the state parties, in particular caucuses. I've seen quite a bit of blaming the DNC for "rigging" when I'm medium sure what's going on is the voting is too complex for poorly-trained precinct captains and their staff to administer properly. Who knows how many votes were recorded differently to how the person voted (in Iowa) and unlike actual fraud there's no way it will ever be assessed let alone reversed. And Nevada (another caucus) is coming up.

In future I think the DNC should take over state elections. By not having a Super Tuesday, state elections could be spread over the whole season with only the biggest states getting a day to themselves. With roughly equal numbers of voters on each Tuesday (or Saturday) a team of fully trained election staff could travel from one to the other, taking a leadership role with the local (party) staff.

If the DNC is going to get blamed whoever's fault it is, the DNC might as well take over and try to do it right.

This is where we find out thanks to some arcane state procedure that the vote totals are used to assign squares on a floor and then, on the next full moon, chickens are released on the grid and whoever they poop on gets that delegate.
"...I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

Understandable. However, personally, I doubt Medicare for All will be fully possible since he'd need to negotiate and moderate once he's in office, but I think Sanders can come in and do some big changes to healthcare in the US that would hopefully lessen cost.

Nevada is weird in that it's notoriously hard to poll, but last polling (granted it was a month ago) showed Steyer doing pretty solid in NV and SC. With Biden in free fall, that could actually open up the chance for Steyer to do some damage (and by damage, I mean further splitting the delegates and causing no one to get a majority).

I honestly wish he would just drop out already. But I guess billionaires only quit when they feel like it.

Nay, the vote still isn't mine and I have no drugs to give. I'm just saying that Steyer winning NV isn't quite as absurd a notion as it should be.

Then just add something else that does have fun effects, then you can be optimistic about Steyer because the walls turning purple as they melt are an omen in his favor.
