I'm not going to argue semantics with you. Obviously I'm not talking about communists, or foreigners, or whatever it is you're referring too. (also you don't speak for all "far leftists" buddy) I'm referencing a specific brand of american leftism that has been steadily growing over the years.Ifreann wrote:Pretty funny.
If you say so. XD

People keep speaking about a far left yet I've yet to see a far left in the US honestly.

It may not be a "far left" to *foreigners* but by *US* standards their definitely is. EVERY country has a "far left" it doesn't mean that they all agree on the same things, or are a united ideology, they are just those leftists who are on the far end of the spectrum BY THAT COUNTRIES STANDARDS. That's what I mean when I speak of "the far left in the US." I don't know why this is so confusing.

Yes but in America 'far left' basically means "guys maybe people shouldn't go bankrupt from not having health insurance."

What semantics? The actual far-left (both anarchist and Marxist) do not want to disarm the working people, but quite the opposite. This is pretty grounded stuff in both tendencies theory. That American "socialism" you are referring too, which I assume is stuff like the DSA, is nothing more than social democracy which supports the maintenance of capitalism.
