My mom's side don't really have those problems, and only need reading glasses due to age. Mom herself doesn't need anything like that, and she reads stuff on her phone in the dark!

One time on a beach in the evening back in 2011, she lost her earring, which is actually pretty cheap itself, so it was not really a high-stake situation. But we figured that we would give it a try for 5-10 mins, since we were not in a rush.

3 of us (me, my dad, and my bro) was searching around with our torchlight. Mom, after 10 seconds, immediately pointed her finger at where the earring is sitting comfortably in the sand.

I've been thinking a lot about that somewhat stupid "American breaking point" thread and I'm reminded of something that actually would destroy America. If just two companies went under in less then a month, BNSF Railway and Union Pacific, we'd all starve to death. Well goodnight everyone.

Yeah, I'm actually kind of freaking out. I don't really know how this stuff works. I'm afraid it's gonna make my reblogs on Tumblr vanish. Reblogging cute stuff is one of the few things tethering me to sanity, and I'm panicking that it's all gonna go poof.

If it's been posted directly to Tumblr then it should be fine, but if a pic isn't then you might have some issues.

For safety I'd save or download any pic you're worried about.

Depends on where you are in the nation. But this is a very good and honest thought since year, the railroads are the life lines of many areas. However if you're near a major waterway, it wouldn't be a complete collapse.

Depends on where you are in the nation. But this is a very good and honest thought since year, the railroads are the life lines of many areas. However if you're near a major waterway, it wouldn't be a complete collapse.

No it'd be a complete collapse, most of the food in America comes from those places. Plus food isn't shipped by rivers anymore in large enough quantities to sustain, well anything.
