All permanently disabled veterans have had their student debts forgiven and won't have to pay federal income taxes on it. He's also asking the states to waive their income taxes on the same.

In the same AMVETS speech, he also advertised a new drug by Johnson & Johnson and has claimed that the VA is going to buy as much of it as they can.

This is a good move on him, veterans need all the help they can get. Funding the military is important, but looking after those who have left it is also very important. No person should be left behind.
