I only use blue tac as a substitute for PlayDoh and clay.

Truly a magnificent invention.

So, I found my dad's disc collection of cowboy bebop. He got it for 5 dollars at a garage sale years ago. The subtitle quality is awful, but damn, talk about a great find.

It’s good to know you can finally sleep, aint it. I rarely have sleep insomnia, but it sucks to know you can’t sleep.

I did some research and apparently this TET thread might break the record for the longest-running thread. Part 170 lasted 93 days — we’re currently on day 79, exactly two weeks and one day from beating the record.

Yeah, we tend to keep things at a slower pace around here these days. I know I'm not around as much as I once was, and a lot of the old regulars are long gone now. However, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't miss the frantic pace of the early days of TET.

Wow. I’d say I hate them because they’d be going too fast and I won’t understand what’s going on. I do realIse the earlier TETs lasted for a week on average.

This 5:00 PM class really tested my limit.

Last class they refused to do the work (or purposefully worked really slowly).

This class, they rushed the bookwork and then worked ahead and I had to take the books away.

Up until this point, not the worse part.

Then when we color things and do the second work sheet, they go NUTS.

This little girl, for whatever reason, started acting like she was literally on drugs. Her eyes would blank out and she wouldn't really respond to any questions or prompts from me. She'd lean her head back into the chair and her hands would tremble a bit as she worked with the pencil.

?????

In an effort to restore some order, I tried to delegate one kid to erase the board. However, a HYPER ACTIVE second kid rushed forward to fight for the board eraser. He rushed forward, hit my leg and tripped forward face down.

BOOM!

I reported the incident to the Admin then it was 10+ minutes of "are you okay? are you okay?"

(thankfully this didn't cause an Incident because later when it was disclosed to the parents they said it was typical behavior from him to run around and trip, and apparently he had a history of doing this sort of thing with other teachers too)

I'm still trying to figure out why the girl went Zoned Out mode... I've never quite seen this...

I don't know why, but this just gave me the concept for an anime: functionally, it's your standard magical girl anime, but all the magical girls are Satanic cultists who get their powers from Hell, and all the villains are the priests and angels trying to break up the cult. The series eventually ends with them launching an invasion of Heaven, slaying God, and bringing about the apocalypse.
It would be the most blasphemous shit ever and I love it.

Try making an anime on that and you’d be cancelled before you can even send your idea to the TV company.

Cool though. You see one sentence and you thought of that. Commendable.
