1) I made more RP banknotes for my nation. It feels good to have completed it!

2) I talked to a friend on Discord and basically cheered them up and tried to talk about their personal problems. Promised to keep it secret, of course. ^^

3) Feeling calmer and better than last week! I know the rule of the thread says no negativity, but... let's just say that I am not feeling myself lately for the last week, but I got better now! :D

1. My team came second in our local pub quiz last night.
2. Despite not having been for a run in a week I got round my usual circuit OK and my attempt to get some regular exercise is still alive and kicking.
3. We managed to fix my daughter's trampoline and she's been on it for about 3 hours now.

Day 2

1) I remembered to post for Day 2, which I honestly didn't think I would.
2) My 3 year old son has a great laugh.
3) My 6 year old son now knows how to create a checkmate with 2 rooks.

I could keep going actually. Loads of great things today. Cool science fair. Son's dance exam aced. Nice dinner. Good day.

1. It's not core to what I do but occasionally I take on website design projects.. there's something very calming about just building a website - I mostly finished one this weekend
2. It's not quite warm enough to windsurf but I feel it in my bones, I walked out to the beach today just to anticipate - I give it a couple of weeks - caught up with some windsurfing pals who bother to wear wetsuits
3. I'll average 12,000 steps this month given I've 4 and a half hours to go - I don't know why I get any satisfaction from steps

Day 3.

1) My dad coming to dinner was pretty uneventful. That's a win, relatively speaking.
2) My wife is as beautiful as the day I met her.
3) I've got an idea for the second chapter of my book.

Crud, I forgot to mention the awesome dinner I went to two nights ago. Ah well, I'm including that.

1) Went to volunteers' dinner; the cake I brought in was half-gone almost instantly.
2) We sold many books on ebay! (Headache figuring out how to combine-sell 'em but still)
3) the VR Chat kitty band thing updated so now there're more cats and upgraded litter boxes.

I was exercising, using some light but shiny weights. I looked down beside me and one of our kittens, Snuggles, was watching me intently, following the movement of the shiny objects. Then she was joined by her sister Audrey. Together they swayed their furry heads in synchronized motion, almost hypnotized.

So that was a good thing, at least for me. The kitties might have neck strain

We had a back room full of empty cartons and boxes. Jim collected them and carted them off, and now it is as if we had discovered another whole new room.

My daughter got me a compilation of all the books and stories about Earthsea, created by Ursula K. LeGuin. I am re-re-reading them with great pleasure, and it is still a good thing.

1) Happy people are doing this CBT thing and doing it seriously.
2) Business expanded today, fruition of months of preparation.
3) Really sunny on the drive in, and very little traffic. Very pleasant.

2. First actually sunny weekend of the spring
3. Found a mobile game I used to enjoy (Day R Survival) has been updated with new gameplay and it looks like another play through would be fun

1. I got baclofen injected into my intrathecal space so it can be determined if I can get a baclofen pump. If I can, it should greatly improve my quality of life (I have a significant amount of spasticity on my left side due to a hemorrhagic stroke). I feel alright now.

2. April Fool's day has been kind of fun. I promise that number one is true though!

3. The hospital has reasonably fast free WiFi, so I can use the internet without having to use up data from my cell phone's data plan.

Have had a terrible day, so this actually helped just to think of the good things.

(1. Relaxed with a friend I hadn't seen in months.
(2. Rearranged my entire apartment just because I felt like it.
(3. Broke three miles in the swimming pool during lap swim.

Day 4

1. The view of lower Manhattan during the commute into the city this morning was picture postcard perfect.
2. A work friend of mine bought me lunch and we had a lovely non work related chat.
3. Not to many people bothered me today so I caught up on a lot of overdue paperwork.

1. Had a nice long phone conversation with my brother. We used to be close, but have grown apart over the years.

2. Forgot about the laundry I was doing, and upon arriving in my building's shared laundry room to retrieve them from the dryer, noticed that my neighbor had folded them all nicely on the table -- rather than just dumping them in a pile, as was her right, given I was the one who left them there for so long.

3. Found a cheap starter kit for Dungeons & Dragons at the store. Am looking forward to roping some friends and family into learning how to play with me in the near future.

I had a shitty couple of days to be fair so the one good thing was psychologically destroying my cat by showing him fail videos of cats..

Unfortunately I missed one yesterday, so I'll do one set of three now while I am at work and another set when I finish.

I read another chapter of the book I am reading.

I spotted a rarely found camera accessory on eBay that I have been trying to find for ages, and ordered it, for a very low price in comparison to some of the past examples that I have seen.

I got a last minute task to do at work (yes I view that as a good thing for some reason, maybe I am a glutton for punishment).

Day 5:

1) Played a Keyforge deck in a sealed deck online game that was just the most amazing deck ever. Won three keys in 5 turns. This likely means nothing to most people, but a few folk may read that and say "5 turns? Whoa." That's part of the joy of it.
2) Finished painting another monster mini from Rising Sun yesterday. It's taken over a year so far, but I'm 80% of the way to fully painting all the minis from that boardgame (and its expansions).
3) My wife went to a netball practice last night, for the first time in over 10 years. This was a direct knock on from us chatting about the routes to happiness, and embracing mental plasticity by taking on new activities. She came back really really happy, from the exercise and from the revisiting of an old hobby. Made me really happy to see her happy.

Huh, an interesting concept. Today was pretty uneventful, so this is all I got really:

1) Had a great sleep. I mean, damn that was good.
2) Decided to revamp some factbooks for my other nations. (Haven't actually started yet but it's progress right?)
3) Had a brief chat with my uncle on WhatsApp, which was nice.
