Thats a stupid answer. I wouldn't like voting in a election where the party I supported had no chance of winning no matter what office I voted for and I dont think many others would either

Ya mean like how it currently is in Chicago and many other major cites for republicans and many rural areas for democrats?

They are still free and fair elections.

It was basically an Internet Poll. Something like this would require time to study.

How dare those people in Louisville or Providence both of which have city council and mayoral elections this year be able to vote for who they want!

Providence is overwhelmingly blue by choice. They choose to vote for Democrats by their own volition. Its extremely unlikely a Republican will be elected to the city council or as mayor.

Gerrymandering, threats against certain politicians, threats at polling places, and many other things are common in many places like Chicago and many rural areas.

Gerrymandering ought to be illegal. I have worked the polls in my city and I have never seen threats at the polling places and if I ever did I would have that person removed.

Therm, I live in a rural area, and I can tell you that I've never seen a Democratic office-seeker threatened, nor have I ever seen intimidation at my polling place. Provide proof.

It might just be more common in the south but I’ve seen a few polling places closed or people threatening those who don’t vote for the republicans.

Well that is wrong and they ought to be removed from the polling location. We have secret ballots for a reason

Technically you can’t do anything because they are outside the polling place

Most states have rules as to how far one can be campaigning from a polling place.

No you didn’t. You just said it’s not happening in your area. That doesn’t mean it’s not happening elsewhere

Yes and they are outside of that. You still have to get to a polling place either by walking or whatever
