Minus the weekends, I don't have the weekdays for myself anymore. It's mostly internship now, so what do I do for exercise? Brisk walk. Like a super fast brisk walk until I sweat.

I too am out of shape, and it doesn't help that we have physical fitness tests to go through every year for the gentlemen (or anyone in the army full-time).
