You only need ask for one. I don't see it much different than when you ask for extra ketchup packets, or (at Taco Bell) fire sauce or pepper packet or whatever.

At the Taco Bell my sister works at, you don't even need to ask for those. They just have them out to grab.

California doesn't have the highest poverty rate under the national measurement.

Please yes. It's not that hard to actually use cloth bags. And before you say you forget them all the time (Something we do too), you would soon learn to not forget them when you freaking go shopping and have nothing to put them in.

Uh fite me irl. My cat loves plastic bags more than anything. Especially more than the entire damn room of toys and cat trees.

Then said cat can find a new love.

At least your cat isn't chewing on the plastic.

One of my cats has a weird habit of gumming plastic? Gumming because she kinda has only 4 teeth after a problem she had.

The problem with the HIV law is it was literally like, decriminalizing DELIBERATELY spreading HIV.

I don't agree with it all, but I can at least understand basic Liberalism and such. California, however, has reached levels of batshit insanity that I think every person able to objectively reason should be able to realize.

But you're right -- I DO ask for meat or fish to be put into a plastic bag, for food safety purposes. Everything else can go into my shopping bags (with cleaning supplies in a separate bag for obvious reasons).

Don't want your fish or meat to be squeaky clean before you eat it?

Don't want fish or meat leaking over everything. Salmonella and e. coli are not your friend.
Don't want chemicals on food. Aside from the poisoning aspect, it just tastes bad.

Which is false, if you'd actually review their finances. Even still, that doesn't change nor mollify the fact they have the highest rate of poverty.

Also false.

The highest rate of poverty is if you adjust for cost of living.

California never decriminalized knowingly spreading HIV. They made it a misdemeanor to bring it in line with most states. https://www.nbcnews.com/feature/nbc-out/new-california-law-reduces-penalty-knowingly-exposing-someone-hiv-n809416

Wait, most states have it that low? I feel almost more like knowingly spreading diseases should all be upped, not tiny little sentences.

I know it's the cool conservative thing nowadays to clutch pearls at California's state laws, but at this point it's starting to look like anti-regulatory conservative dogma is making contextual thinking difficult... and that's just sad.

I don't think you understand what decriminalize means.

Decriminalization means replacing criminal penalties with civil or administrative ones. That doesn't fit here.
