I'm among the old-ish guard. I don't post very often, which keeps me from being a Khan of Spam, but it has certainly been an interesting decade. I'm probably going to spend some time after work to go look up my older posts and see how I've evolved politically. I imagine it'll probably look something like a tadpole morphing into a chimp that sees the outside world, says '**** that', and goes back into the sea.

I'm from april 2003, though I ceased to exist for some months because of reasons. The Blaatschapen is from december 2002, he'll probably show up here soon I guess.

the highest population = oldest nation still alive

Except for the population bug, which made nations grow harder than other nations thus that doesnt work.

What concerns me far more is when I started playing NationStates I didn't have any children.

... Eventually there's going to come a time where my children are on NationStates.

They're a wee bit too young for it still. I may CTE but I do always end up coming back to NationStates though I'm starting to recognise less and less faces here each time, but I do know that means eventually my kids will be old enough to be on NationStates. And that makes me feel old.

Maxtopia was likely the first. Anyone with antiquity is old, real old. As for myself, my nation is six years old yet to some others, I am a mere child in terms of nation age.

From what I've gathered, a demon spawn "sequel" to NS made by a company called Jolt. It was a clusterfuck apparently, extremely broken and eventuall shut down in the guise of "repairs."

Thats what I know. It was before my time.
