Yeah, but that doesn't mean BLM had literally any role in it.

Only after 3-4 decades which he comes to terms with what he has done that we kill him.

That way the execution is merciful.

No execution. Why should we waste the money on him?

Sounds good to me. But how many appeals should they get?

A good question. At least once. The district court tries orginally and then you appeal to the circuit court/appeals court for federal. Plus you have the ability to appeal to the Supreme Court but they do not have to hear every appeal. Possibly create some sort of independent review court just for the death penalty between the circuit and supreme courts.

I think it should be available as a tool otherwise what do you do with people in prison for life who still commit crimes in prison? But it should be when there is no doubt and they cannot be safely kept as a prisoner. Not used often.

Dylan Roof meets the first test. He does not even contest his guilt, he just argued the death penalty is unconstitutional.

Does he met the cannot be safely imprisoned test though?

He's not better than a member of ISIS as far as i'm concerned.

I'm a strong supporter of the death penalty, I think we should definitely cut down the amount of time you are allowed to spend on death row before you are executed. And I'm perfectly fine with making them suffer.

Debate the usefulness of the death penalty, fine, but no more gleeful suggestions about the method of Roof's execution.

Dylann roof has today been sentenced to death for his activities towards blacks. I personally believe his death penalty should be immediately reversed. the Jury should be ashamed of themselves. The death penalty is not appropriate.

Regardless, he has purportedly admitted some sort of guilt for this accused activity, and so the Jury subsequently found him guilty and sentenced him to death today.

Do you think Dylann Roof should have his sentence pardoned? How do you think this bodes for White-Black relations? How do you feel about his purported activities and subsequent retaliation?

Can you give further speculation onto why you deem the punishment inappropriate?

A question, as the appeal is automatic, does he still get to represent himself?

Fuck that. He should be killed in the slowest and most painful way possible, then for his body to be dragged from one end of Florida to the other.

Was he found guilty on charges against the State of South Carolina or the Federal Government?
I assume South Carolina but idk.
Every week, month and year of accepting
The chronic dismissal of your body is wrong
Cause you have earned the little pieces of poetry
Inscribed across you, you're home.

They come in waves.
Kamikaze planes or
lovely flowers and sweet lullabies.
Blood boils,
slapping against my skin,
Sometimes.
My love is seasonal,
It won't stay.
Don't expect anything from me.
You will be bitterly disappointed.
