The US government recognized his government shortly after the coup, and backed him six years until 1958, in 1958 the US placed an embargo on the Batista regime causing it to fall.

So the US actually ended up working to topple the regime.

This does not mean the US caused the coup. Do you have evidence the US supported the coup?
And that said support was the decisive factor in it succeeding?

You don't mock imaginary ideas by referring to actual genocides like those in Haiti: he did the oposite than mocking an imaginary idea - by referring to Haiti he showed that the idea already had practical applications, and he tweeted that he supported it.
