Uhh. I think there would be quite a few months of false flag attacks and blaming months before the invasion, ala Iraq. It wouldn't be a direct overnight decision. we'd make up some bullshit first. Even Hitler was smart enough to make a false flag operation to make the case to his people before the invasion of Poland.
