Here it is...a guy dressed as a policeman fails to identify himself, forces entry, commits an assault, and then after complaints are loged, does a drive by shooting discharging his police issue fire arm...and you get blamed for provoking him (His actions are described to you by his senior officers as Justifiable) because you questioned his authority.

Cops around the world are this way. They, more and more, have unchecked authority and it seems no one really cares. We are on the path to a police state.

I think you might be okay, so long as he strips naked and establishes a firm, determined hold on his truncheon fairly soon.

That said, the character-establishing part of his routine does seem a bit involved.
