Really hope Chip doesn't trade draft picks for a first round grab at a rookie rb :/

What about trading Foles for Sam "Knees" Bradford?

It's more likely Chip is going for that Mariota (sp?) fellow in the draft.

I mean, we need a good back, because our passing game is going to suck without Maclin, sure we got Riley Cooper for another five years (iirc), but that's about it.

Really, really needed McCoy.

And now I hear my favorite TE on my 2nd favorite team is in Seattle (ew), bye bye Graham we'll miss you. At least the Saints will have a good C and our other TE is about on par with Grahams success last year. Plus a 1st rd pick? Good enough I guess.

Hey, at least I'm not a Browns fan. Lost their TE, Hoyers a free agent (seen it coming, he'll continen his mediocre career elsewher), Manziel is in rehab for god knows how long, and their new OFF coordinator is gone. They should have kept Belichick all those years ago, because what he's accomplished with Brady is just amazing, and Brady wasn't even an early pick!

Just a rough offseason for them, really. Wish them the best of luck.

Eagles fan, myself. As long as you don't say Buffalo, New England, Dallas, and NYG we should be good :p.

well we might have a problem then, also why hate the bills.

I became a Saints fan in 2009, right before the Saints won the Super Bowl. Pierre Thomas was the first player I ever really liked. Totally underrated as a player, never got the love he deserved. Didn't get it now, either.

Thank you for all you've done with this team, boy.

And Jimmy? Well...loved him, of course, too...it looks like Russell Wilson finally got a teammate who's not slightly insane. But gosh, I'm gonna miss him. My heart can't see him dunking for another team. :(

Ugh, this year is gonna be hard for the Saints...part of me is too scared to watch.

Why did we re-sign Mark Ingram, again? I mean, if Thomas and Ingram went head-to-head, who would you pick? Shouldn't this be an obvious answer?

Nevermind. Thanks Defense. I'm from Baton Rouge orginally so I'll always have love for The Saints, even though I'm moving to Tamp Bay here soon, at least it's not Atlanta.

And I only dislike the Bills as of late since we gave you McCoy for Alonso. I'm always weary of players coming off injuries. So we'll see how it goes next season.

Hard to trust Chip Kelly right now, it's obvious he needs a playoff appearence next season if he wants to keep his job, because this Franchise needs a Superbowl win, and I know we could do it.

to be fair, I'd rather that trade didn't happen either, the one spot we didn't need someone was RB, honestly we should have traded for Foles instead.

Five-time All-Pro nose tackle? OH YEAH

EDIT: The smell of bullshit is strong with this HOT TAKE. The Lions' organization is dumb for many reasons, but not for obtaining a player of Ngata's caliber. He is aging - but the jackass that wrote that column obviously didn't watch him play last year.

I'm a Saints fan too and I know it's heartbreaking to see them both go but Pierre Thomas is 30 yrs old and Mark Ingram played well last season once he came back from an injury and he's 5 years younger.

About the Graham/Unger trade, first I didn't understood and I wasn't happy but I talked with an online friend, he told me according to Pro Football Focus, Max Unger is the 4th best center in the NFL. The center New Orleans had last season sucked, Unger will improve this position a lot and he'll improve the rushing game too. Also the Saints gets a 1st round pick with Unger so I'm happy with the trade!

I mean...my opinion on Ingram varies at times. Versus Thomas, Thomas destroys him. However, in that Eagles game, year before last...the sweetness was REAL, when we beat Philly IN PHILLY. With Ingram getting 2 TDs. I literally ran through the house screaming for joy.

Yeah, Goodwin can't stop getting hurt, unfortunately.

So we need to get an offensive lineman or a defensive lineman from the draft. So who should we grab from the first round?

I just had an idea! Okay, if we give the Eagles Jairus Byrd, can we have Malcolm Jenkins back? Please? I mean, you guys have an okay defense, and now you have Kiko Alonso, and we have a defense that's the equivalent of a group of squirming puppies...save for Keenan Lewis, the lone bulldog.

Please? :)

I don't know what the Giants are thinking, TBH.

Rolle might be old, but unless we can get someone in to cover his position, the (shaky) giants defence will be struggling.

I wouldn't mind having Byrd in Phili.

And as an Eagles fan 1st and a Saints fan 2nd, that'd be a tempting offer.

Now if you guys would have given us Graham or Sproles, two positions we desperately need, I'd give you whoever you wanted.

It's hard having two fav teams in the same conference, lol.

Wow. Foles for Bradford... Chip Kelly, please get the fuck out of the NFL. Please. An extremely injury-prone middle-of-the-pack aging draft bust for a wonder rookie... what in the actual fuck.
