Technically not yet. He's still competing with Boswell for the Steelers' job, but I expect Boswell to win.

Seeing as Tebow ended up in the divisional round of the playoffs, yes, I would say that's a good bet.

Schaub at least had some decent seasons he can point at.
Sanchez rolled with it when the Jets had a good D, but doesn't really have any personal achievements to hang his hat on.

Schaub imploded in 2012, but was the Texans best quarterback ever. If Sanchez was on a team with a terrible defense, like the Browns, then he would definitely show up with no standout achievements.

I love new polls.

RGIII visited the Jets today. He should sign there if the Jets fail to sign Fitzmagic to a deal soon.

Oh, I'm not saying he's good by any means, but as cheap insurance? You could do worse, and remember he's potentially replacing a QB who, if we only judge by last season, was kind of terrible. I mean, I love me some Peyton Manning, how could I not when he's from down here? But I don't think his numbers last year are all that different than anyone middling at QB would've been. And Sanchez is nothing if not middling. I mean, would you rather Blaine Gabbert? You might think that's kind of random, but if we're talking about Kap then we have to mention the guy who showed Kap up last season. The line between the haves and the have-nots at QB is only going to grow as the current generation of elite QB starts to retire, and I'm just saying until a new guy emerges, a conditional pick in the seventh round of next year's draft for semi-competency isn't a bad deal.

At least the Raiders have a quarterback in Derek Carr. They also have Khalil Mack, who is similar to Von Miller.

As a Lions fan, we had to suffer through Barry Sanders retiring young in 1999. I was 4 years old then, but I know never to mention that to an older Lions fan.

Now, I get to witness it myself with Calvin Johnson's retirement. This kills me on the inside.

The Lions really need to get their shit together. Mr. Ford was a horrible owner for fifty years until he died in 2014.

Broncos = complete defense, which can win you a lot of games even if your QB is just a game manager, a la Trent Dilfer.

They don't even have anyone as good as Dilfer at present. And they lost Malik Jackson and Danny Trevathan. If they nab someone like Kaepernick or RGIII, then maybe they're contenders. With Sanchez, their best case scenario is a loss in the wild card round.

Answer: get anybody at quarterback. Sanchez will have to have his defense bail him out to negate his poor showing and many turnovers. Even the best get tired and perform poorly, so a QB that is capable can do the trick. Not Sanchez.

I don't really like Sanchez in Denver. A Better choice for them may be Connor Cook or Christian Hackenburg.

I really don't see why everyone seems to like Hackenburg. Seriously, the guy was not all that good in college. Unreliable at best. That guy has "bust" written all over him.

Maybe so, but there have been guys who dominated college ball, that were no good in the pros. Hackenburg was unimpressive in college ball. I'm just saying, "Let the buyer beware."

Maybe they're thinking just that: busts are often really good in college, but Hackenburg wasn't that great in college. So maybe that means he'll be really good in the NFL!

I mean, that's their logic. I'm not a fan of him, honestly I don't see the hype either, but we'll just have to see.

Same goes for the Steelers without Martavius Bryant. Every year you lose somebody important because of violations of some sort. What's up with that?
