That sometimes when I gaze out the window it briefly feels as if there's some underlying beautiful meaning to the universe just outside grasping distance. My wasteful presence in this amazing, incredible existence must be a profound error or miscalculation.

Maybe the universe will explain to you how you're not an error if you take stroll outside and experience it.

Typically i just embarrass myself and run back inside while outside thumbs it's nose and shouts "not for you" through a loudhailer. Not true, I suppose, but snarkbitch DI inner monologue laughs at the tiniest slip and any idea that I'm not the worst and most pathetic human in existence. It's a problem. Wish that personality elements could be surgically removed. Working on the self is tricky when part of it repeatedly tries to kick you in the face with all your insecurities while you try to reason with it.
