Anyways, people who think clothes matter fundamentally understand the psychology of rapists - it is not about lust but about power. But even so, I wholly reject the notion that there are certain men who cannot control themselves - every rapist makes a choice, it is the victim who did not get to have one.
I have said before and I'll say again, as the most extreme hypothetical example I could think of: I could be drunk and standing in a dark alley all alone, and a stripper could walk by me alone in the dark to her car, completely naked who I just watched perform inside the club, and I could have not gotten off in weeks, and even then, I would not have the slightest inclination to force myself on her against her will.

It's not much, I know, but the thought that I am doing something, however small, to help catch the culprit, fills me with happiness. That being said, the fact it needs doing in the first place fills me with anger and sadness. This incident should never of happened, but that's already been said, and saying it over and over again won't change anything. I really am sorry and I do hope your D.A. sees sense and makes the right choice to prosecute this case. For him to not prosecute is as good as him saying he's OK with rape and forget the victims. Takes a man with no values to think like that...
