Why would I whine? They have a vastly greater probability of being alive and not killing friends and family then under your “views”.

Overseas airlines are having to cancel hundreds of flights as they grapple with coronavirus-related staffing shortages weeks after they ditched rules requiring passengers and staff to mask up in the air.
The disruptions also come as the CEOs of leading U.S. airlines urge the Biden administration to roll back a federal rule requiring that masks be worn in the sky.

So what’s more disruptive - having to put cloth on your face to get on a plane, or not being able to get on a plane because there isn’t enough crew to safely fly it?

There is a reason it’s a lifetime appointment. It’s so judges can’t be removed on the whims of the electorate.

But judges can be removed at the whim of the legislature. Elections have consequences. If you support the Democrats then you can't be sure of keeping the Trump judges you now love.

Removing judges because you don’t like their decisions is a terrible precedent to set. You no longer have an independent judiciary at that point.

Why do we even need mandates. Are people truly so lacking in self-preservation? If the answer is yes... Jesus Christ.
Let it be one's choice stop mandating it for all.

I mean, widespread mask usage is really bad for communication and social cohesion. Not to mention most people writ large just hate it and for very good reason.
But dying of Covid is worse, so as a temporary measure that definitely outweighs the negatives.

There are masks that are transparent, so communication is easy for lip-reading or seeing a face.
Although hating something isn't a reason. Many people hate wearing clothes, but its necessary to

Yeah, but people aren’t wearing those writ large, so it’s basically irrelevant.
And hating something is certainly a reason if the hate is strong enough and collectively agreed upon enough. As an example, people hate not being allowed to speak their mind. Collectively, they hate it so much, they made a whole human rights framework that protects their right to speak their mind.

There is a big difference in speaking ones mind and wearing a piece of cloth over your mouth and nose.

That’s why I hate them. I can’t hear shit, my hearing is already bad, so the masks make my hearing that much worse

My hearing is fine, but I have a hard time interpreting facial expressions as is and really have to pay attention. Masks make it essentially impossible.
But again, as a temporary measure against a serious harm, it's reasonable. Key word being "temporary".
