What are we going up against? Depending on the ammo, the Garand for smacking through plate and the AR for knocking down 9 pins

What are we going up against? Depending on the ammo, the Garand for smacking through plate and the AR for knocking down 9 pins

I was aiming more towards which'd be able to expend all their allotted ammo with the resources provided first.

Kinda seeing the value of en-blocks over a single detachable magazine.

Still would be neat if Ruger made a Mini-14 that went *ping*.

But, knowing Ruger, they'd probably ask like $20 per en-bloc and $3k for the rifle.

A guy in the Daewoo community is making 1:7/1:8 twist barrels in custom lengths. This will allow replacement of the old 1:12 most DR-200s have for modern ammo use so key hole city isn't happening with anything above 55 grain.

So what's everybody's thoughts on running a red-dot in place of a front-post BUIS and a cheap ($100/salvaged [sighted to another upper]) LPVO optic behind it as a 1-4x magnifier?

I also have a 4x32 that lost its reticle due to recoil.

I think you'd have a heavier and shittier magnifier than if you got a magnifier.

You know, I do wish I could use them better because after a day at the range, I feel very relaxed. However, my trigger finger issue has affected not just my right hand’s fingers, but I’ve developed it on my left’s. It has caused weakness in them. ;_;

I think I’ll just need to concentrate on my S&W and small revolvers.

Get you a firearm that has a lot of aftermarket options. You,
may be able to get a real light trigger pull with an upgraded trigger bar.
