States don't give the federal government money.

California takes the 15th fewest federal dollars per capita.

Having the state collect and then hand over or just having the Federal government collect doesn't change the end result or the effect.

Effectively the people of Cali pay more than they get out.

The people of California pay more in taxes than the state government of California recieves. However, if we calculate federal money spent directly on the people, having never passed through the state, it exceeds their contribution, IIRC that holds true for all fifty states.

And that's just the states. The colonies, by this metric, are even worse because they pay no federal taxes.

Well, one of your accusations against California was that they were being propped up by federal money. But by your metric, since states as entities can only receive and not give, that means all 50 states are being propped up by federal money, which makes your original accusation baseless because the metric is so skewed and specialised that every state is guilty of it and that blaming one state for it is pointless.

Trump called Ojeda a total stone cold crazy wacko, I guess it takes one to know one. This is the kind of loyalty Trump has for the people that voted for him, even if they have disagreements now. He does not care about anybody unless they are blind to him.

Trump's not even 1/1000th of the man that Ojeda is. If he took even the a fraction of the beating Ojeda took on the fatal day at that candidate forum, he would hide like a sissy.

Trump had a rally in Wheeling WV a few hours ago. He slammed the democratic nominee with those things I mentioned whose name is Richard Ojeda running in West Virginia's 3rd congressional district who is a combat vet and Ojeda openly admits voting for Trump in 2016. This is a district Trump won by fifty points, but Ojeda has made it a pure tossup because he is an amazing candidate, and The GOP candidate sucks. And I am saying Trump stops caring about somebody as soon as they question him. Basically when Ojeda was running for West Virginia State Senate (he won his state senate district as a democrat by 20 points on the same frigging night Trump beat Hillary here by 60 points, yeah, he is that damn good) he was brutally beaten by a jerk who broke at least 8 of his bones, and caused him to have 58 metal plates in his face, he nearly died. But instead of caving in, Ojeda continued to fight tooth and claw even harder for the values he holds. And I'm saying if Trump even went through a fraction of that he would tap out immediately. Sappers clear the way airborne all the way is Ojeda's favorite way of signing off or saying goodbye, sometimes he just says airborne.

You can disagree with his judicial philosophy but this is jut nonsense lol

It won't matter at that point, the Democrats have already made the swing seat on the highest court in the land an enemy for life.

Tbqh the only way this could get better is if Trump also appoints Hardiman.

1. No it's not. But I rather not discuss that in this thread.

2. Of course it matters, and its not for life. The supreme court isnt supposed to legislate from the bench.
