That's Aayla. The subject of the Wookieepedia article on breasts, and probably the most sexualized Star Wars character of all time. Also, according to the Legends material, she was romatically involved with Kit Fisto for a time. Now that's a weird picture I won't get out of my head easily.

Man, the Jedi have a real spotty track record with that "No romance" thing...

Some of her concept art shows her shirt was always going to be off the shoulders.
You could be right, but if so, those are some very intensely defined collarbones, forming a very distinct triangle shape above her sternum.

Dear Dooku,
Look, I'm gonna level with you. Ventress is really, really boring, and if I'm honest, you're not exactly pulling your weight either. I figure if you try to murder her, either we'll be rid of her, or she'll survive and set off on a quest for revenge that might be exciting and give you both some good development. Sound good? Good.
Love and kisses,
Sheev
P.S. Make sure you let her know she's being betrayed before you try to murder her.

So, I shall prefer the 3D Clone Wars stuff for my childhood waifu.

Seems to be a theme doesn't it? Boba Fett, Darth Maul, General Grievous, heck, even Snoke and Phasma. All treated as complete badasses, and then all dead before they can perform any real badassery.
