Well, I didn't play her bot lane. I took her mid. But yeah, there is definitely no other ADC like her I can think of.

The latest champion roadmap came out. Got the usual teasers of new champs, but the prudent bit is we got the first concept art of Mundo's VGU.

Wow that looks pretty scary. I get the chills somehow.

He looks genuinely menacing. Maybe it's the release points in the purple arm, maybe its the new haircut or the expression, or the sharpness of the blade...

My friend wanted to train his Tryndamere vs Darius matchup so we agreed to do some Custom Games where I would play Darius.

It was just... absolutely unfair.

I mean, we did his Tryndamere vs my Garen before and my Garen was repeatedly obliterated. I also can't beat his Tryndamere with Mordekaiser.

But with Darius... his Tryndamere just had no chance.

The Darius was so OVERPOWERED with the Ghost in the matchup it was hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing because of the bad design of the game in even allowing this to be a thing.

He literally couldn't farm without getting repeatedly smashed on and Darius suddenly having a kill threat.

At level 3 I messed up with an attempted Ghost + Flash to kill him under his tower (he survived and got First Blood). But then Darius could STILL come back to lane, 1 whole level behind, and somehow cheese a kill with Flash Q and then just be unstoppable. Like WHAT....

It actually felt like a troll match up... like it's just... so blatantly unfair and it looks so ridiculous from the players/viewers' POV. I mean just imagine on camera two guys duke it out... and then suddenly the bigger guy becomes all red (and deals absurd amounts of damage)... somehow becoming super fast too with Ghost popped, waiting/juking out the Undying Rage and then running back in with the speed of a train to kill.

It looks so bad and ridiculously over-the-top... like why would the giant warrior dude also get periods of time where he gets an X-Men style power up in super speed? It doesn't even suit the character stylistically.

I mean... VLADIMIR becoming super fast is at least consistent with the vampire mythos/imagination (some vampires in some stories do have super speed)... but Darius? Why the hell would he get this too? It doesn't even fit.

In case anyone missed it (and cares), some of these plays were insane. Quite possibly the best year of Play-ins I have seen.

As an European it was always hard for me to understand American culture. What was fascinating for me is that they like bragging about their freedom which was weird for me, because I didn't think that I have any less freedom than them. I always thought 'What is the difference'. However after this game I finally understand it. NA is just so fucking free.

Stop making fun of NA! NA has been working hard this entire year. Their coaches, players, and staff have been dedicated to improvement, and now they are finally the second best wildcard region.

Also, to be fair, the two North American games yesterday were far from the most one-sided.
