Ginny is prettier (as I have a thing for redheads) but Luna Lovegood is more attractive overall for the fact that she is bonkers, which always makes for interesting conversations...

Tonks and Hermione. Of course, since its a movie, most of the actresses are very pretty. But Tonks is definitely prettiest.
