Which game is better NS or SimCountry. I like NS better because you can have wars without having to worry about loosing your nation or damage your economy.

It's like saying ESPN vs. The Syfy Channel.

Yes, they're both simulation games, but they perform very different functions.

This is like going to a Doctor Who forum and asking if Doctor Who is better than Star Trek. The answer will likely be rather plainly obvious.

From what I've seen of simcountry, even its own players resent it.

In all seriousness, I have played it, and basically, it's NS if:
a) There was actual gameplay and nation-building (done shittily, but still actual gameplay)
b) Frequently, actual RL money at stake
c) The mods were all actual players of the game, often with lots of their own money invested in their nations,
and d) Functionally no oversight or even technical accountability to be unbiased.

I personally prefer NS as the most it requires you to do is to click a bunch of buttons and the rest is up to you.

But as mentioned, SimCountry and NationStates are not that comparable to each other as they are built differently, with different end points in mind.
Now mostly a politik discuss account.

That was literally the entire reason I quit. At least here, you know what you're banned for... and how long it'll last... and there's a means of appeal....

Nation states due to the Roleplay base. In stead of having many functions, its all based in you. You can also make your nation your own like having a fleet of 2 starships be considered a nation.
When going to war in NS, its up to you to damage your economy or have some sort of cloning technology to create supersoldiers.
