Weird links were inserted into the quote that aren't in the post quoted. I'm not going to click weird links so I don't know if they're advertizement, but it's obvious the post was made just to post the links.
EDIT: It's also a big gravedig, but post removal sounded more likely as a remedy.

This kind of low key, tangentially related spam is tricky to moderate as it exists on a continuum. I've elected to give them an unofficial warning for spamming as it differs from some of his earlier spamming behavior.
