I feel that doing what I have said, will remove the temptation of users to rant against him/her, and lessen your workloads of having to watch every thread he/she creates.
He/She has been a member for a while now and has been offered help and assistance, but has turned them all down (to the best of my knowledge) and not followed the accepted norm and processes of the game.
I dont know how many people I am speak for if any, but I felt it needed to be said
Unlike Many I dont see the fact that he has posted as an excuse to exhibit poor behavior or ban him, what I see, is a game I (as do many people) feel passionately about, and one who standards i think need to be upheld, Yes I could see a point in defending him if he was very new, but he isn't, there are newer players who are less hostile to help and who have learned to play the game in the correct way. And whilt is is ok to do everything de jure and I can see you reasons for doing that I feel that many people myself included would agree that the game would be better off without him. I think in the nature of the game his actions of failing to learn or let himself be taught is itself inviting people to respond in a poor manner.
To be frank, I can see why users have a hard time ignoring what Kalasparata does; it is like someone putting up a middle finger at you from inside their house, i.e. highly provocative and filled with malice and smugness.

From the unsatisfactory response given to my argument, by lack of consideration. I have felt it necessary to create a petition.
Whilst this may be unacceptable it is something that i feel entirely necessary.

We, The Undersigned, petition the Moderation Team to either ban, or launch an inquiry into the behaviour of The Central Democratic Republic of Kalasparata, hereby known as Kalasparata. We feel that the behaviour of Kalasparata undermines the integrity and method of the NationStates Game.
