[R] Justifying terrorism?

So we don't technically know what caused the alleged hijacking of the FlyDubai flight, but Unity is pretty much suggesting that the uninvolved civilians has it coming because the destination happened to be Israel. Does that count as justifying terrorism?

i feel like theres a difference between explaining why it happened (like how 9/11 didnt just happen because america just happened to exist) and supporting it
and judging by what he said, he didnt say the civilians deserved to go through this, but rather that the more israel acts in the way it does, more incidents like this will happen
nowhere in the message did it appear that he said ¨glory to the hijacker, death to all israelis ever¨ but rather it seems he said that the hijacker was a consequence of israeli foreign policy
¨0.000% of Communism has been built. Evil child-murdering billionaires still rule the world with a shit-eating grin. All he has managed to do is make himself sad. He is starting to suspect Kras Mazov fucked him over personally with his socio-economic theory. It has, however, made him into a very, very smart boy with something like a university degree in Truth. Instead of building Communism, he now builds a precise model of this grotesque, duplicitous world.¨

What Ushastan said is correct. I am not justifying terrorism at all, merely offering a perspective on the structural factors causing it to continue to happen. For the record, I expanded and AR seems to have accepted that I was not implying the crime in question was morally acceptable — see:

All I'm saying is that you can't possibly hope to completely prevent terrorism as long as Israel (and America, for that matter) continue to commit crimes against humanity with impunity. People do not become terrorists because they are inherently evil; they become terrorists because they see some sort of injustice happening (and often are directly victimized by that injustice), determine that there is no way to stop that injustice through normative political action or nonviolent resistance, and find that the only people who are offering a counterweight to the party committing the injustice in their immediate environment are ideologues (or agent provocateurs) preaching adventurism or jihad or whatever. The fact that terrorists aren't some other species who are evil for no reason, that we can understand how terrorists come to be made, does not make terrorism justifiable (or effective): the point is simply that you can't expect to prevent terrorism without getting rid of the thing producing that terrorism, which in this case is the atrocities being committed in public view by the Israeli state.

Fair enough
1. People can be radicialised without Israel forcing them to be. Radical Islamism has existed long before any Western/Israeli intervention
2. Your argument would hold water if he wasn't working for Dubai. No one who seriously cares about human rights would be working for a slave state. His motivation obviously wasn't human rights. People who are willing to kill and die for human rights don't voluntarily work for slave states. It's contrary to their goal.
You of the future, check your dictionaries for flotsam: the debris of such words as "prostitution," "measles," and "blockade" will come bobbing up from the Lethe. (V. V. Mayakovsky, adapted)
