There were two nations named "Dysnomia", both of which died of inactivity different numbers of years ago. You'll need to be more specific.

[edit] Oh, wait, you meant your puppet "Eris I Dysnomia". This post constituted a violation of the ban issued against you. You were deleted for posting past ban. [/edit]

Ugh. THAT nonsense again? We've been over this already. Sedge's rules were very specific. I wasn't allowed to talk about issue effects, and I wasn't allowed to post in the "Unusual issue effects megathread". That post counts as neither.

If the moderators want to expand this rule to "don't post anything in Got Issues, ever", then they need to explicitly say that, and not retroactively delete nations for a rule that hasn't been imposed yet.

The Moderators and volunteers (including Issue Editors) who most frequently deal with "Got Issues?" have become increasingly irritated at your posts in that forum, categorizing them almost universally as annoying and useless. This includes, but is not limited to, posts about issue effects. Your case has been under slow, but constant, discussion by The NationStates Moderation Team ever since Sedgistan issued his ban against you. That discussion is still ongoing.

In the meantime, to prevent any further confusion, I'm going to (under my own authority) rescind all previous bans and issue a new ban against you: you are explicitly prohibited from using any nation whatsoever to post in the "Got Issues?" board for any reason whatsoever. You are also prohibited from using any nation whatsoever to post about issues and/or nation stats anywhere on the NationStates.net forums. Finally, you are strictly prohibited from asking any other NationStates user (whether player, volunteer such as Issue Editor, or staff such as Moderator or Administrator) to post on your behalf on any of these subjects. This ban is indefinite in duration; we will inform you if it is ever lifted.

Your appeal of the deletion of "Eris I Dysnomia" has been received and will be given the consideration that it is due.

I apologise if this is considered spamming of moderation, however the particular issue that WDS had a problem with is something that I notice whenever I receive the issue as a grammatical error. Is bringing that particular problem to the attention of the issues editors in itself considered spam/overly nitpicking, or is it just because of who did it?

It's because WDS has a history of cluttering up the issues forum and was told to stop.

Thank you. An update on the status of Katie Boundary would also be appreciated.

In other words, it's because of who did it.

I'm not trying to spam up moderation, but you are on a forumban right now. Next time you should request these with GHRs.

The Gray Castles and Orcus I Vanth have been *** deleted *** as a result of you posting past ban. Given you've lost nations before for posting past ban, you should be well aware by now that the ban applies to you, the player, and that violation results in deletion.

I won't obviously accept direct messages from wds/other puppets (or anyone, as he seems to be well-endowed with puppets) to post in got issues on his behalf, however I can't help but feel that this is amazingly unfair. The thread that he posted in was designed for the purpose of correcting minor problems in issues, in other words any possible correction in it could be considered nitpicking. Issues are, it can be argued, the integral part of the main gameside part of this site: they shape your nation and decide how it shouldbe run. Surely, unless it is simply an attack on an editor/author, these sorts of things need to be brought to the attention of the issues moderation team? This isn't in any way a third-party appeal, however the issue wds raised was a real one, and if I was at all active in that subforum I would have raised the exact same thing.

If you ever see something in an issue that doesn't look right, and you want to bring it up, you are welcome to do so.

WDS is no longer permitted due to his history. Since you're not at all active in that forum, you're not familiar with the situation that led to this.

The question has been answered and we don't accept 3rd party appeals. We're done.
