If I recall correctly Bluth does have a communist party of sorts in his nation, so that would make sense. Unless we hear from Bluth himself in this case, I'm minded to leave it be for now.

Is Bluth aware of this nation yet? I'm with Tsar in that the nation name is rather dancing on the fine dotted line between reference and actual impersonation. If the younger nation is claiming anywhere verifiable to be controlled by the same player as the older one, then it is impersonation and we'll need to delete the newer nation. If not, then it largely depends on how much confusion it causes and whether or not the older nation has a problem with it.

Except, surely, if they were controlled by the same player? But I take it that this has been checked in this case.

It absolutely is not me.

And surely the individual who actually is responsible for it should be dealt with as well.

Seems like it's been deleted...has it been determined who it is (I understand if you can't tell me the identity)?

To what I know, you can have similar nation names to others, for example you could have had unusual people in life.

HOWEVER, people abuse this and anyone who uses a copycat name risks being deleted from the game.

I hope this helps.
When is a nation not a nation? When it's a region!
