[SUGGESTION] More options with Dispatch Visibility

A thing I have some problems with, when it comes to Dispatches and Factbooks, is that they only have 1 state, visible by everyone.
I kinda would like some more options there, something like:

• Visible by everyone
• Visible by Regionmates only
• Visible by people that come via link
• Visible by people that have a Password(Link Optional)
• Completely Hidden

I see some good uses for these, if they are technically possible.

These are essentially Facebook / Google Drive / Pinterest options. I'm not seeing a huge need for them here, as you can always use on off-site method if you want privacy.

Having a dispatch not visible would be useful for drafts. And having a way to make dispatches "unlisted" would be nice for those of us involved in region building, who often have more region dispatches then our own.

I think an option to have a dispatch "unpublished" as in not listed in the dispatches page and not generating a happening, but still saved and linkable would fit most of the use cases.

I very much agree. Why would alliances have to go offsite or use stamps when they could do this? Probably not #1 in the priority list, but a nice quality of life improvement.
