Seeing the growth of authoritarianism in a GCR, it does appear to be that there is universal distaste for such actions. On the contrary, there has been little to no action taken against it, and not any, if at all, R/D done to actively combat it other than the long-inactive CAIN.

Additionally, regarding the unfortunate condition of Lazarus, it, along with potentially the West Pacific, may also be considered for authoritarian classification.
