I was bored today so I decided to compile the list, using information about Influence Changes from the Activity page. I arranged it using logic and common movements, so I don't expect this to be 100% accurate, but here it is:

Now, I don't know much about how the system actually works as far as numbers go. I was just recording the names.
The main difference I see here is the amount of ranks in the early stages. From what I know, it used to be that new nations would start as Minnow, then go to Vassal, Truckler, and so on. All the new ranks appear to be between Zero and Apprentice, excluding Minnow.
Sorry if this is the wrong forum! I didn't know whether to stick this on Gameplay or Technical, and the other threads I saw referencing this were on Gameplay.
