How is this a badge hunt? He's already written resolutions so I don't get your premise in saying this is a badge hunt. It's a well-written satirical piece but definitely not a badge hunt.

North Borland, as stated has created a society of soda addicts, and while this supports their thriving economy, it leads to the worlds greatest obesity rates. These rates lead to premature death, something we should all be able to agree is wrong. Secondly, to commend East Borland is an even greater blow to the dignity of this society. East Borland is a country with some of the highest charmlessness and rudeness rates we have ever seen. It also has some of the lowest compassion rates, and the worst environments in the world. In short the blatant exploitation of human and moral rights that takes place in the Borland empire is appalling, and I am saddened to see this proposition recieving 7,500 votes on the "for" side.

You do realize this proposal is satire right? Also, East Borland isn't even being commended because the target of the resolution is Northern Borland, not East or the other ones. Also please post a draft if you are willing to repeal it.
