The passage of this proposal would imply that commendation are being given like freebies - you just have to be nice, it really does not matter if you stand out. The entire purpose of commendation would be made a joke of if this shit happens. Also, why is the proposal being voted upon at the same time as Liberate Haven controversy escalates? In this manner nations have been evincing their feelings for Yohannes without caring for the spirit in which the commendation were established. This implies a gross misuse of SC's powers."

As a beneficiary of Yohannes generous assistance when I was but a wet-behind-the-ears participant in GE&T and II, which really helped me onto my feet, I would like to express my wholehearted support for the motion.
