I also want the gas pumps taken out and it to be impossible to shut of the air filtration system. Also, I do not want the possibility of flooding and I want double the weapons as well as several doctors trained in genital surgery per ship as well as standard doctors. I also want four operating rooms, three recovery rooms (five beds each), and five medical offices (two beds each) per ship. I am willing to pay more for these simple changes which I am sure you can accommodate. Also I want the Sea Lion LCACs taken out to allow more room for cells to hold slaves in, one door to the cargo hold taken out, and the spare internal space converted to more cells for slaves.

The Department of Defense would like to make the following facts clear:
1. The United States of Allanea does not recognize the right of slave states to engage in slavery.
2. The United States of Allanea has, as an integral part of its foreign policy, the killing of slavers, the disruption of slave trade, and the hunting of slavers for their pelts. The latter in particular is a traditional form of sport and economic activity in Allanea, and individuals in all age groups 16 and upwards engage in it.
3. The United States of Allanea hereby announces that personnel of the United States Navy and Air Force, as well as Naval Girl/Boy Scouts, Wing Scouts, and any other Allanean government entities which spot slave-trade ships on the high seas to capture or sink them as they see fit.
4. We hereby warn any purchasers of these ships that by using them, they are running the risk of being mistaken for slavers and summarily raided/sunk.

From: Chairman of Sales, Rebecca Tali
Valued Customer,
Your order for twenty(20) modified Blue Whale cargo vessels is confirmed. Your modifications will be undertaken by our experienced staff. However, the LCAC hold can not be modified in any way, disallowing any slave accommodations in that area. Modified cells are easy as only a shower must be added. Total slave capacity is now 2,000, though now they operate in far superior conditions. The extra medical concerns have been addressed, and as a sign of your value, total medical staff has doubled to thirty-two personnel.
We need more information regarding weapons modification to give you a total cost. However, DWI estimates the cost to be $230 million per ship, $4.6 billion total. We would estimate that increased weaponry will cost an additional $100-$150 million more in total.
In all cases however, order processed and ships are being built. We value your continued support.
Cordially,
CoS Rebecca Tali
