Thats not what gets you a condemnation. Nations usually get condemned for raiding, doing extreme and terrible things in extensive RP with other nations, or occasionally for exploitation of cards. They also are well known to have the best chance of condemnation.

If you want to be condemned, generally, you have to do something condemnable. For example, in RP, having an in-character hateful ideology is one thing - enacting it is entirely another.

For example, The Kraven Corporation is a good example of a dystopian nation done right - having built an evil reputation through many RPs, and having repeated this many times - over almost two decades of work.

I, for example, am looking to get condemned one day. I have no expectations that it will happen anytime soon - but I am making my attempt by working with older members of the II community. More importantly, about the fulfillment of my nation’s ideology - by forcing it on others in RP.
You also have to make this RP high quality - memorable. Something to gain infamy, not just as a villain, but as a well done villain.

It’s a badge of honor, reserved for the site’s best, most infamous villains - which is why I have no expectation of receiving a condemnation anytime soon.
