this is a discussion of predictions on who will and will not be legendary in season 4, and other discussion about what rarity people will be.

My current thoughts are
Fazujhia - Legendary
9006 - Legendary
9003 - Epic
Seanat -Legendary
Arlizplot - Uncommon
Mikeswill - Epic
Koem Kab - Legendary
At least 5 Fauzjhia puppets - Legendary
Me - Uncommon (soley based on founder badge)

Fazujihia: Maybe? Looking at their stats I think it's too optimistic

9006 & 9003: You might have mixed these up. 9006 looks like an ultra-rare to me, 9003 is likely going to be tho

Seanat: I dunno about legendary but their at least an Epic

Arlizplot: 3 top 1%+ Governor+ Supporter+ other should be more than enough for ultra-rare

Mikeswill: Solid bet, agree

Koem Kab: Yep

Puppets: Nah, Epic at best

Founder+ top 1% badge should net you a rare.
