International politics, especially in regards to major groups, is often a funny thing. For they are, inherently, groups of people - individuals, with aspirations, hopes, dreams - and sometimes, a need to relax.
The Collective Security League and International Security Directorate have been meeting in Azmeny - the Arakhkharan delegate, the Lady Ilain, and the Volkovogradian delegate - Princess Ana - both from states which are a part of the ISD, and observers to the League’s assembly - there to negotiate on the Directorate’s behalf.
That being said, after a particularly silly incident involving a Luxembourgish delegate, a shock collar, and the consumption of munitions, both needed a break.
The two delegates were offered to go to a rather lovely restaurant by the Azmeny delegate, General Borodin.
Of course, after General Borodin offered to pay, the two ladies accepted - although the huntress seemed more readily willing to go, than the Arakhkharan noblewoman - who remained somewhat suspicious, but went anyways.
The two noblewomen left the CSL assembly room - Ilain, the Arakhkharan delegate, in a simple black dress with silver decor. Her purple eyes glowed slightly in the darkness. She is slender, and somewhat tall - with dark, long, silky hair that trailed behind her.
Ana, the Volkovogradian representative and a Princess of the Volkov family, is wearing a luxurious fur coat over a black dress. Appearance wise, she has long wavy blond hair, a roundish face, and a lithe but muscular body.
Despite both being nobles, they were from quite different nations - Volkovograd, a culture primarily of warriors - with a strong focus on the hunt, on combat - and more importantly, survival of the fittest. Arakhkhar, for its part, was also somewhat predicated on survival of the fittest - but they also considered themselves as having a duty to civilize their perceived ‘lessers.’
Regardless - the two of them made friends with each other - and, like them, the two countries were already aligned as allies.
And, as friends, they decided to sample the local cuisine - not entirely for pure reasons. They were to consort with some of Azmeny’s most influential men - and both, of course, knew that to dine, to indulge in wine - was often to loosen the tongue to things that they probably shouldn’t be allowed to hear.
Marshal, it was famously founded rumour has it by a top military leader during the Great Patriotic Revolutionary War. The owner is a friend of mine.”
The venue in question was called Marshal - with a widespread rumor suggesting it was founded by an Azmeny military leader during the Great Revolutionary War, the current owner being a friend of the Azmeny General Borodin.
And so, after the meeting of the CSL, the two ladies embarked onto the nighttime streets of Azmenabad - illuminated by orange light, they set out.
