All-Mandaran Football Association

All-Mandaran Football Association (Pemecutan Malay: Asosiasi Sepakbola Seluruh Mandara) is the governing body football, futsal and beach soccer in United Mandaran States. Established in 1729 Pawukon (1991) ahead of the 3rd edition of the Mandaran Nations Cup, the association was first established to organize the football competition joined by members of The Mandaran Council. The competition was Mandaran Nations Cup and Mandaran Champions League (both already defunct). With the transformation of The Mandaran Council into United Mandaran States, the vision and mission of the association also change. AMFA now has the jurisdiction for the United Mandaran States football league system and is in charge of the country's national team. It is headquarters in Puradhipa, Pemecutan.

Established in 1788 Pawukon (2026), Mandaran Professional Football League is responsible for the entire operating of United Mandaran States's top 2 league tier, M1 and M2 League. At its establishment, the organization consists of 24 clubs who compete in the first edition of both M1 and M2 League.

Regional associations
The AMFA consists of 8 regional associations. They are formerly represented their own state in the football world. The most notable were PFA in Pemecutan, CVB in Cakranegara and TVB in Toluiwa. The Mandaran Professional Football League (Pemecutan Malay: Liga Sepakbola Profesional Mandara) commonly shortened to M.League is the men's association football league in United Mandaran States. It is responsible to organize the country's major professional league including M1 and M2 League. It is established in 2025 after the unification of the countries in Mandaran area with the first season set to be launch in 2026.

History

Rumor of the unification of the 8 countries within Mandaran region have long been circulated. It was one of the most anticipated events, but it will also bring a huge change in the existing conditions of each of the country involved especially in term of sports. Association football as the most popular sports in the area is hoped to bring a warm breeze in time of the unification. The organizing bodies of the 8 countries seat together within AMFA (All-Mandaran Football Association) to discuss the future plan of the united country league system. After weeks of brainstorming, a new league system is agreed by all members including the establishment of Mandaran Professional Football League or commonly known as M.League. The league aim is to push the transformation of football clubs within Mandaran to become a professional club. Until the creation of M.League, only clubs from Pemecutan league that have become professional with some from Soracana Islands. While clubs from other countries are mostly semi-pro.

Clubs and Divisions

As the league will represent United Mandaran States in regional and international competitions, 2 divisions are officially made. This to cover any possible qualified competitions. The first division is M1 League, it is the top-level association football league in the country. The clubs within this league will qualify to CMFA Mandalanusa Champions League, IFCF Champions League and IFCF Challenger's Cup. The second division is M2 League where the clubs have the chance to enter IFCF Liga B Champions Trophy.

The organizers decide to place 12 clubs per division for starter with a possibility of enlargement in the future. The number is seen as a reasonable number for a good competition and for club development. For starter, the organizer gives allocation slots to each state association. Pemecutan get the largest slots with 7 for the fact that most of their clubs are already a professional club. Cakranegara and Toluiwa shared the second most slots with 5 because of their active participation in international competitions where they are a regular entry of FFI sanctioned competitions. Manguwirajya and Soracana Islands are given 2 slots each as their club have had participated in international competitions although not as much as the other 3. While Petang Islands, Rarungan and Gili Anakan are both get 1 slot each because of their lack of international performance. Each state association is given their freedom to allocate the slot to which club. Pemecutan, Cakranegara and Toluiwa give their slots to the clubs based on their latest league result. Soracana Islands, Manguwirajya and Petang Islands give their slots to the best performance club as their clubs join in Pemecutan league. Rarungan and Gili Anakan give their slot to the club that is the most prepared to become professional.

For M1 League, only clubs from state association that have an international experience that are eligible. While for M2 League, all state association clubs may enter. And with that, clubs that are qualify to M.League are as follows,
Cakranegara (5) Gili Anakan (1) Manguwirajya (2) Pemecutan (7) Petang Islands (1) Rarungan (1) Soracana Islands (2) Toluiwa (5)

But the clubs from the Relegation Section cannot passed into the Champions Section despite having a higher point. In the end of the second phase, the leader of the table comes out as the champion while the bottom place is automatically relegated to the lower division. In the case of M2 League, they will be relegated to their respected state league. The second bottom place will be entering a play-off match to determine whether they are being relegated or retain their position in the league. The play-off system is adopting Pemecutan play-off system where 2nd to 4th position in M2 League are qualify to the play-off. They will compete in 3 stages play-off where the final stage is when they are playing against the 11th place of M1 League. For M2 League bottom play-off, the 11th place will be playing against the runner-up of Mandara National Championship to determine whether they will be relegated or not.

The 20 years old center back is replacing the retiree, Gamal Prajianto. The fans give a positive support towards the signing and hope that it will improve the club performance in M1 League.

Despite the fans high hope that SVA Ampenan might give a surprise in the inaugural season of M1 League, the critics seems to be indifferent. Some critics few that SVA Ampenan would find it difficult to compete alongside Pemecutanian clubs. They even thought that SVA Ampenan can't compete with Nilayam United of Soracana Islands. While the more positive critics thought that the club will be a mediocre force in the league that might bring some surprise but also failed in other matches. Overall, the critics agreed that SVA Ampenan would only place mid-table at the end of the season. However, they warn that some mishap might bring them fall to the bottom position.

Facing a new challenge in M1 League, SAVV Asakote management signing two new players. One is Soracanian center back, Jandiyuha Kasanggida who replace Irham Arshad as the starter. Second is Jan Hisendar, a free agent player from Kanmer who becoming a young blood for the squad midfielder. These signing is consider promising by both fans and critics. They said that the club's management have made the right decision to sign both players. But the question is, can they easily adapt to their new environment? Toluiwa is a hot and humid country with less rain than any other country within Mandara area. While Kasanggida might adapting faster to the new environment, Hisendar might find it difficult because of the different climate from his native country. Nevertheless, the critics still predict that SAVV Asakote might ended at the mid-table in the end of the season. They argue that clubs from Pemecutan and Soracana Islands might still too strong for them to compete with. But the critics still hope for a slight opportunity that they might be able to push further up.

As the latest club to win PFA Kasa League, many have supported the club to faring well in the newly created M1 League. In their preparation, the club's manager didn't make many changes to their squad. They have to bid goodbye to Razen Saif who decided to retire this season at the age of 36 years. Another retiring player was left midfielder, Ardrianto Gunawan at the age of 34 years. While they promoted one young player from their youth club to fill the reserve central back position following the rumor of Agung Damar Putra retiring. A shocking signing happen after the club sign an unrecognized player from unknown club named Trithiya City FC. This signing was driving negative comments from their fans which said that the signing was useless and a waste of money. And the fact that the age of the player is already way beyond his prime age have rising a concern too.

Meanwhile, the officials are quite confidence with the current squad. And despite the controversial signing, Manager Ngakan Putu Suryawan said that the questioned player, Arjun Suresh, is only in the club for a maximum one season. He added that Suresh only fills the gap of the empty left midfielder substitute because Gunawan decided to retire in the tip of time that the officials make a fast decision and take player that available at the moment. However, Suryawan apologized to their fans for the hurry decision. On another note, there is a rumor spread that Krisma Dewa have a bad relationship with Levi Dickson following both players competition as the first substitute of the squad's right back. Despite all the situations, critics still believe that the club will be able to compete with other clubs. They believe a top 4 table position is possible.

Dompo Voetbalbond or DVB Dompo is an association football club located in the city of Dompo, Toluiwa. The city is the capital of Donggo Province and was the center of Donggo Kingdom. The club is noticed as the second most successful club in the country behind SAVV Asakote and continue to become their rival in contesting the title of Liga Sae, the first tier of Toluiwan domestic league. Since its establishment in 1933, DVB Dompo have had a close tie with the monarch having been created with the help of Prince of Donggo at the time. After the independence of Toluiwa and the decision to abolish the monarchy rule, the club's ownership was transferred to Dompo Sport Union (DSV). DSV was sport organization who managed any sports clubs in Dompo and the whole Donggo Province with all their finance was support by the province and the former monarch family. In early 1980, the monarch family ended their involvement in managing DSV. And in 1996, DSV change its name to Dompo Management where DVB Dompo is their main asset.

With the unification and the creation of M1 League, DVB Dompo did some changes. The important part is the ending of provincial support for the club through financing Dompo Management. The club is now totally relying on ticket and merchandise sales and broadcasting rights. Besides, their finance will also be coming from sponsorship. Currently, main sponsor of the club is Saleh Barasa, a local food company.

Prepare for M1 first season, the club made a few transfers to support the club's performance. They bought Irham Supriyadi from SVA Ampenan, Jorge Marayn, a young talent from Acastanha and a central back from Ralsalin, Oleg Shindeberg. The signing of Supriyadi made to fill the empty position left by Wirya Ahmadi Putra who retired. Although, his capability is being questioned by the fans as Supriyadi was only a substitute in his former club, SVA Ampenan. And he was rarely played. While the signing of Marayn was welcomed although the fans still waiting for his action in the field. Marayn was an academy graduate who is still very green. Shindeberg coming to Dompo was a big question mark. Not because of his talent but for his capability to adapt in Dompo. The fans afraid that the player will find it difficult to adapt in a hot climate as Toluiwa.

The officials, however, defend the decision of signing both players with the hope that both of them can give a new breeze to the club. Despite the club's effort to face the tight competition in M1 League, the critics still thought that it will be a hard road for DVB Dompo to stay in the league. A bottom table placement is the prediction of the critics with a strong warning of possible relegation. The officials welcome the prediction with open hand. "We accept the prediction and use it as our spirit to keep staying," said Galih Abdul Soleh, DVB Dompo's manager.

NVV Narmada is a football club located in Narmada at the northern part of Cakranegara biggest island, Saka Island. The club have a rather mediocre performance in their domestic league, C.League. They had only won a single C.League title in 2014 edition. The club was established by an initiative from sailors in Port of Narmada. Their amateur club was then picked up by the Government of Narmada City who supported them financially. The club transform into a semi-pro club where the management actively selected players for the club. But the sailors want to give their contribution. As a result, Narmada Klub is established as a management company for NVV Narmada where the city government and the sailor's union share the ownership of the company. After some times, the city government become a passive party of the company while member of the sailor's union is active in the company's management.

Following the M.League requirement to transform into professional club, the city government officially pull out from Narmada Klub who managed the club. To fill the empty position, the sailor's union seeks other company or individual who wants to be part of the club's management. Fortunately, there are several parties who join in the company which greatly support the future of the club. Although, The Sailor's Union still become the major shareholder of the company.

In preparation to face the M1 League, NVV Narmada only made a couple of signing to fill or improve the gap in the club's performance. The club's management focus on fixing their midfield and defense, reflecting on their latest C.League result. Thus, the club signing central midfielder Ahmad Novianto from LVC Lembar and right back Oscar Vashvindar from Acastanha. Novianto was happily sign with NVV Narmada after his former club failed to defend their title and even falls into bottom 4. However, the critics find its odd for them to sign midfield and defense while they are in both fields based on their latest league result. NVV Narmada scored the lowest goal against with 16 conceded goals in the entire season, tying with PSS Selaparang. However, they lack offensive players who can create goal for the club. In the last season of C.League, NVV Narmada only scored 23 goals for the whole season or only 1.045 goal per match. And it was the lowest goal scored by a club between the top 4 clubs.

However, the club's management defend the signing. They stated that defense is the most important part when they have to face a far better club. And the management was confidence that they will be faring well in the competition. But the critics said otherwise. They predict the club might be struggling in the bottom of the table and have a possibility to be relegated. Hearing this prediction, the management dismiss the doubters and called them to just wait and see.

Nilayam United is a professional football club located in Soracana Islands's largest city, Nilayam. The club is the oldest club in the country having been established in 1948. Nilayam United emerge to become the most successful club in the country. It was collecting the most title of Soracanian domestic league, A-League. They even win a title in Pemecutan PFA Kasa League when the club join in Pemecutan league during the time of Soracana Islands dependency. In international stage, the club won 2 titles of CMFA Champions League. It also a regular top 4 in Pemecutan domestic league.

The club history was started as Nilayam Swordfish, an amateur club establish by fisherman company in the coast of Nilayam. It was then supported financially by Nilam Sagara, a fishing company. The club change its name into Nilayam Sagara. But it lacks support from the local and the government which affected the ticket sales of the club. This situation was not faced by Nilayam Sagara but also by all football clubs in the country. SIFA then made a drastic change in the club administration where a club must have a city affiliation attach to it. This new rule made Nilayam Sagara change its name to only Nilayam based on the city where the club is affiliated. And after the club entered Pemecutan domestic league, it changes to its current name.

Nilayam United is the first club in Soracana Islands to turn professional. So, it is not that hard for them adjusting to the newly established M.League where they are allocated in M1 League. But to face the first season of the league, the club made several new signings. With no restriction on signing foreign player, the management eyeing to add their foreign players. And their eyes fall for Hilman Holm from Darmen. Despite not being affiliated by any club, the management is attracted in signing him. The other signings were a domestic one. Fathur Rahmadi was bought from PSS Selaparang and Basubala Aksamara was bought from Royal Aksamara. All 3 however will still be placed as substitute for the starters. Although, their signing is seen as investment by the management as a regeneration to the team as the new players are quite young.

Despite signing new players, the critics are not seeing their big impact in changing the club. However, they all said in unison that the regeneration things are important for the club future. Nevertheless, the critics are still believing that Nilayam United will be a big contender for the top 4. Seeing their constant IFCF qualification based on their performance in Pemecutan's Kasa League, the critics said that it would be easy for them to be on top again. However, the management doesn't want to be proud too soon. They said that they are very cautious with the newcomer especially PSS Selaparang and TVV Taliwang who had been in the final of FFI Confederations Trophy. The manager commented that these two clubs are to watch for.

Pesamuan Sepakbola Pemecutan Puri (Pesepur Pemecutan Puri) is a Pemecutanian football club located in Pemecutan Puri district, Puradhipa. It is one out of 7 football clubs in the capital of Pemecutan and the oldest of them all. At the start, the club was wholly financed by Pemecutan Royal Family. The situation changes following their professionalism transformation. The town's council of Pemecutan Puri together with Pemecutan Royal Family establish a sport management company to manage and authorize the club named Klub Olahraga Pemecutan. The club is known as one of the top clubs in the country together with Pesub Ubung, Pescam Campuhan and Pesetih Titih based on their trophies collection. Pesepur Pemecutan Puri has collected 8 top league titles, 7 in PFA Eka League and 1 in PFA Kasa League. However, the club have never managed to win any international titles. His position in the starter is replace by Maxence Tuck who had been the main substitute of the position. The fans are quite calm when their club didn't make any moves in signing new faces. They seem to be quite confidence of team's performance. And this confidence is also reflected in the critic's comments. They are believing that Pesepur Pemecutan Puri will be one of the top 4 contenders. This prediction is based on their previous result in Pemecutan's Kasa League. The club has always finished in the top 4 with even one title on their name. However, the critics are also giving a warning of a possible 'surprise' from these new clubs from Cakranegara and Toluiwa.

Persatuan Sepakbola Selaparang (PSS Selaparang) is a major football club in eastern Cakranegara. It is located in the town of Selaparang which is also the capital of Parang Province. The town has a long history as the center of former Selaparang Kingdom. During the split of Cakranegara, Selaparang was the capital of the short-lived country, East Cakra. PSS Selaparang is a big force in eastern Cakranegara football. Before the establishment of C.League, PSS Selaparang controlled the local league of Liga Timur (which is currently become second tier competition in Cakranegara football league system and has change its name to East Cakra Division). The club won 10 of the 16 Liga Timur titles, while the other 6 was won by SSC Selong (4), VVP Pringgabaya and AVC Aikmel. Joining C.League, PSS Selaparang has managed to win 3 titles, 2011, 2016 and 2025 season. They are become famous after winning FFI Confederations Trophy's title, becoming the first Cakranegaran and Cendanan club to do so.

Just like any other clubs in the country, PSS Selaparang has been backup financially by their affiliate town. But the club have their own management company under the supervision of the town's council. Despite several scandal of missed wages, PSS Selaparang have managed to maintain their performance both in the former Liga Timur or C.League. However, with the club qualify to M1 League, the town's council are barred from financing the club. To cover the club finance, a local bank, Bank Parang invest in the club's management company. And by acquiring 51% of the shares in the club's management company, Bank Parang become the owner of the club.

During the preparation ahead to M1 League, PSS Selaparang is focusing on getting the standard of the league. This including renovating their stadium. Selaparang Field, the homebased of the club had only 5,000 capacity which is far from the minimum criterion of M1.League at 10,000 minimum seats. So, rather than spending their budget on buying new talent, the management focus on renovating their stadium. The stadium seating is added to become 12,000 seats. The grass is also pampered to meet the standard of the league. They also have to renovate the facilities inside the stadium such as locker rooms and restrooms. Everything is made to meet the league standards.

Despite not signing any players, the club's fans are still confident in their club. It seems that the euphoria of their first international title and the latest C.League title are the ones that keep their spirit for the club. This spirit is also catching the attention of the critics. They predicted that PSS Selaparang might place in between the mid or the bottom table. But they are all agree that the club won't be struggling for relegation.

Sempidi face the M1 League with the release of their star player, Irfan Rahadi. Rahadi grows tired of the club after it failed to finish better than expected. And he decided to move on to another club. With his departure, the club is currently relying on their young player, Komang Tri Pramana in the forward together with Wayan Genta Yoga. While to cover the retired Gede Adi Sanjaya, the club signed Darmen right midfielder, Einarr Jenson on a free transfer.

Rahadi's departure was a big disappointment to their fans as he is seen as the driving force of the club. He was once won Pemecutan Golden Boot for scoring the most goal in one season. On the other hand, the management highly hope that the duet of Tri Pramana and Genta Yoga at the front could bring out the offensive energy of the club. The critics, however, saw the departure of Rahadi as the club's failure in maintain the star player. They comment that Sempidi might be hard to compete with other clubs after losing their great striker. They clearly pointing out that clubs from Cakranegara and Toluiwa might surpass them. And they believe that Sempidi might be struggling at the bottom of the table. Despite the bad prediction, the club's manager, Ezra Harahap is still optimistic with his squad.

Entering M1 League, Titih was plague with aging players. Three of them were retire before the start of M1 League. One of them is the club's star, Nicolas Lavande who is also one of the club's first foreign players. Besides, there is a rumor that 3 or 4 players will be retiring after this season. The club's management stated that they are currently scouting for a possible replacement of the retired players. But they said that it will be done gradually. Meaning that the club won't buy a lot of players at once. On the other hand, the club will maintain their performance in the new league with the current aging squad. But can they make it?

Despite becoming one of the new big clubs in Pemecutan football scene, Pesetih Titih is on the decline. After their tremendous run of 2 Kasa League and 4 CMFA Champions League titles, they are not seen in the top 4 of Kasa League for a long time. Their position is replaced by Nilayam United who change the map of the league. The critics questioning the club's position in M1 League with the fact that all this former Kasa League giants are present. The big question is could Titih breakaway from their misery in the pass view season and getting back to the top 4? The critics are still optimistic however they have to pointed out that the journey won't be too easily and sometimes the club have to satisfied being in the mid-table. But the two phases league, they hope that Titih could take the advantage of the momentum.

Pesub Ubung is often nickname as Lion at home Kitten at abroad. This nickname is suitable for the club performance. Despite having a great domestic running, Ubung is always unlucky in international competitions. Well, don't count IFCF because it is quite hard to even passed the play-off, but even in CMFA Champions League, they were rarely seen in the top 4 finishers. With the running of M1 League, the critics remind the club over this situation as the league can be seen as a bunch of foreign clubs put together in one place.

Just like Titih, Ubung is also experiencing aging players. Three of their players are retiring at the start of M1 League. The club is clever enough to take some replacement from their youth team. But they have to also venture elsewhere to bring more qualified players to back up the big name of the club. But despite the situation, the critics are still believing that the club could manage to finish at the top 4. It is reflected in their previous Kasa League results where they are always in the top 4. What they have to focus on is their performance in international stage which is far from good. But first, they need to place in the top 4 before worrying about any international competitions.

But sadly, Pesepur Pemecutan Puri was able to equalize their goal in minute 56' by a header from Ketut Agus Astapa. Campuhan try to score another goal throughout the second half of the match, but none were becoming goal. The match ended in a shared point. On the other hand, NVV Narmada was back to the top 4 after securing 2-0 win against SVA Ampenan in Saka Island Derby. The Puradhipa Derby's result also affected their rise to the top 4.

In the bottom half of the table, no change happened. Campuhan still holding their 7th position now with 4 points gaps with the 6th place, Pemecutan Puri. And Sempidi settled at the bottom of the table for two consecutive match weeks.

A history was made this week as Pesub Ubung finally gets their first defeat of the season. And to everyone's surprise, they were defeated by Parsepidi Sempidi who the bottom placement was. What an ironic result for their meeting. Despite the success, Parsepidi Sempidi still couldn't move away from the bottom position. Having the same points as TVV Taliwang, Sempidi was losing in goal difference. The win also left SAVV Asakote as the only team to only win once to date. On the other hand, NVV Narmada and Pesepur Pemecutan Puri swap places as Narmada lose their match while Pemecutan Puri won. DVB Dompo who won against Narmada climb up to 8th position dethrone SVA Ampenan who had been in the position for two weeks.

Unfortunate for Narmada as they lose for the second consecutive week and drop another place. While Selaparang booked another win and close the gap with the second placement. They were now only 5 points apart. And with the win against Narmada, Taliwang rise to 9th place moving away from the bottom 2 which was now placed by SAVV Asakote with Sempidi still at the bottom.
