Introductory
The Rajanate of Malaya, situated in Southeast Asia on the Malay Peninsula, is a diverse absolute monarchy with a population of 53.8 million ruled by Maharaja Jayanegara IV. Its capital, Melaka, hosts the government and the nation's primary judiciary. The country is rich in natural resources and the bustling Port of Singhapura is a key commerce hub. Malaya embraces ethnic diversity, with Malays, Indians, Chinese, and others shaping its cultural landscape. Buddhism is the official state religion, and the constitution guarantees freedom of religion. It boasts an open and newly industrialized market economy, primarily reliant on international trade and major sectors like manufacturing, commodities, and tourism. Its armed forces, the Royal Malayan Army for Peace and Defense, play a role in international peacekeeping and security operations. Establishing an Embassy
Greetings, the Mantralaya of Peace bids you a warm welcome to the official embassy programme of the Malaya Rajanate! In our aspiration to bring about a more peaceful and prosperous world through diplomacy and cooperation, we have chosen to reach out to foreign nations and invite them to forge bonds of friendship by establishing an embassy in Malaya. His Majesty the Maharaja would kindly remind you that we are tolerant of most ideologies and invite any to apply for an embassy, no matter our differences.
Terms
- Regarding staff, the maximum staff is as follows: 15 diplomatic personnel, 15 service personnel, and 10 security personnel. Exceptions to this rule can be made by the Mantralaya of Peace upon request.
- Regarding vehicles, a maximum of four (armoured) vehicles are allowed. These vehicles must not be military or affixed with any type of weaponry. There are no exceptions to this rule, however, one may request additional vehicles. After passing through inspection, these vehicles will be issued diplomatic license plates by the Mantralaya of Peace.
- Regarding armaments, the following weapons are allowed into embassies in the Rajanate: batons, electroshock weaponry, pistols, semi-automatic rifles, and ceremonial weapons such as blades. There are no exceptions to this rule. All weapons shall be strictly inspected and vetted by the customs agency.
- It is forbidden for members of the diplomatic mission to bring alcohol, cigarettes, or recreational drugs into the Rajanate. There are no exceptions to this rule.
- It is permitted for members of the diplomatic mission to bring along plant and animal life, as long as they are inspected by customs and vetted for diseases and proper inoculations.
