BCIA is a remarkable venture built amd pre-owned by Alicean Airport Authority, however, for strenghtening the air traffic to and from the nation, an administration contract was assigned to TRIAS. With their combined efforts, this airport endeavour aims to enhance connectivity, foster economic development, and provide exceptional travel experiences for passengers worldwide.

Bay City International Airport provides space for restaurants and shops selected among local retailers, as well as well-known brands in Trimaris like Willow's Burgers, Aldini Restaurant, Dresscode and Spear. Bay City International Airport has two terminals open to flights. The larger terminal at BCIA boasts 32 gates to handle a substantial number of domestic and international flights. It offers a wide range of services, including check-in counters, security checkpoints, duty-free shops, restaurants, lounges, and transportation facilities. These gates are divided into 4 sectors. The first sector, which includes gates 1 to 8 is reserved, by force of previous contract, to national airlines, Alkyon and Scenia, where its travellers can enjoy the best experiences during travel. The TRIAS Pavillion, as it's called, with its contemporary design and personalized services, is a distinct and exclusive section within BCIA, showcasing the innovative and modern approach of the TRIAS to providing comfort and wellness. The other gates are open to leasing for Airlines that constantly fly to Alice Bay.
The cargo terminal serves as a dedicated facility for handling freight and logistics operations. With 12 well-equipped gates, 4 of them shared between TRIAS partner airlines, the cargo terminal accommodates a variety of cargo aircraft, facilitating the efficient movement of goods to and from Alice Bay. It adheres to international standards for cargo handling and provides specialized services such as warehousing, customs clearance, and secure storage facilities.
To allow variety and plenty of options, TRIAS is leasing no more than one gate for interested airlines.
