The Unknown Alliance (NUA) is a reformed Unknown Alliance, an alliance that had died in early September. The alliance values peace and truth. The alliance only uses war when it is necessary.

The place you are in right now, is the OOC and Signups thread for the Unknown Alliance. Here, you can get some information on the alliance and signup as a member or observer. We are not open to Fascists, as we believe they are nations that bring war. Anyways, below, you can find the Charter of the Alliance, the list of members, format to make resolutions, and the format to signup to be a member or observer.

Also, all of the members have been removed due to inactivity. You may signup again if you wish. Also, Bigpipstan, Imperiul Romanum, Great West Korea, Ivartixi, British Arzelentaxmacone, The Republic of Covelandia, and Great Britain and Irelandia have not been removed.

Preamble:

We, the member nations of the New Unknown Alliance, do hereby establish this charter to promote peace, cooperation, and mutual defense among our nations. We aim to create a strong and supportive community that values the sovereignty and equality of all members.

Article I: Membership

1. Any nation, except Fascist Nations, may apply for membership in the New Unknown Alliance.

2. Membership shall be granted by any member of the Assembly of Leaders

3. Member nations must respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of other member nations.

4. Member nations must not engage in any aggressive actions against other member nations.

5. Member nations have the right to leave the alliance at any time.

Article II: Complaints Council

1. The Complaints Council shall be composed of judge from member nations.

2. The Complaints Council shall address any disputes or grievances between member nations.

3. Any member nation may have a reason before the Complaints Council for resolution.

4. Judges of the Complaints Council shall know their responsibility.

Article III: Raids and Defense

1. The New Unknown Alliance shall engage in joint military operations, including raids and defensive actions, when necessary.

2. All member nations shall not participate in operations if they do not want to.

3. Shieldstan shall determine the strategy and objectives of joint military operations.

Article IV: Observers

1. Nations that are not members of the New Unknown Alliance may apply to become observers.

2. Observers shall have equal participation in alliance activities as members, but shall have limited participation in any raid or defense operations.

3. Observers shall have voting rights in the Complaints Council.

Article V: Amendments

1. This charter may be amended by a vote of the first three members of the Assembly of Leaders.

2. Proposed amendments must be submitted to the Council of Leaders for review and approval.

Article VI: Ratification

1. This charter shall come into effect upon ratification by member nations.

2. Each member nation shall deposit an instrument of ratification with the Assembly of Leaders.
