Introduction

The Strategic Advancement Trade Alliance, SATA, is an international organization created on the principles of international collective security, cooperation, economical developmental, and humanitarian logistic. As an organization we champion human rights, political freedoms, economical stability, and cooperate among the members as they are a part of the SATA foundation and we encourage the inclusion of new nations and impartial resolutions. Further we always enjoy international unity, mutual defense actions, and aid smaller nations or nations on the verge of collapses to prevent civil wars and senseless deaths.

The organization are welcoming of all forms of governmental structure give their citizen the basic quality of life rights, oppose the support of slavery, and a nation that does not engage several military ventures. The SATA is deeply against constant aggression, international un-easement, and war-monging..

Charter Preamble

To combat international conflicts and tension, instability, rampant human rights violations, and corruption the Strategic Advancement Trade Agreement looks to bring stability, tariff free economic unity and cooperation, militarily defense, and democratic delegations. Joining SATA will open up economical situations of constructing economical sectors within mutual nation’s borders, better transparency and communication to coordinate in time of assistance such as natural disasters, emergency relief, or financial loan assistance.
Culturally, the organization hold annually festival within each nation’s borders or the SATA HQ to bring each nation’s citizens together as a show of unity, power, and strength.

Articles of Operation

Article One: Military Mobilization

I. Within this article of alliance treaty, if one SATA member is attacked, all members are attacked and all nations mobilize their respective militaries within a five-day deadline or if possible, 72 hours from the first reports. All nations must contribute no less than 1% of their respective military resources with the maximum limit being 30% which will go to help any and all allied nations, but any nation looking to increase that percentage can do so on their own accord.

II. During peaceful times, signed allied members can setup and partake in military drill or train with fellow nations to be better prepare in case of war and militarily deterrence from an unwanted nation’s military.

Article Two: Economical Structure

Tariff free economic trading

Under this agreement and clause, to ensure a smooth, streamline financial international cooperation, tariffs will be abolished in favor of a free, open trade corridor among allied nations while taxation is still in effect over imports and or exports. This clause will help each nation’s respective economies, remove the delay of transport having to do with tariffs calculations with the added boost in international tourism, foreign investment possibilities including real estate, and possible cooperation in the construction or upgrading structure(s) within another member’s nation.

Under this Alliance agreement clause, the largest financial institutions in the larger allied nations will contribute 3% of your yearly income into the construction of the Economical Saving treasury, or EST, but an allied member can contribute more if they choose to. With this special financial institution, it will be situated in each allied member’s capital cities with each member assigning police or militarily protection as the bank will be solely used for economical unrest or bailing out a key industry corporation that could harm the stability of that specific nation or any branch locations in other nations, primary within an allied nation’s borders.

With this, any potential diplomatic unrest within an allied nation’s borders will be greatly reduce as long as that allied nation pay off the monetary loan that tapped into.

Article Three: Embassy and Allocation

Under this article, all members within this alliance must construct an embassy for each allied nations for better developmental talks whether politically, financially, or culturally to further an international or regional bond. As such one time only, can take out a small loan that contribute no more than 3% into the construction cost of all the embassies collectively, as to avoid bankrupting the Alliance treasury.

Article Four: Revision and Additional

Under this article, every five years (5 weeks in NS), the SATA alliance members will convent to speak on the matters regarding the stability and functionality of the SATA alliance. With this conversation, members will have the ability to do the following: introduce potential new members, remove oneself or vote a member out, or amend an article within the alliance articles, under a majority rules.

A. New members must vouch by a current SATA member and display similar values and principles as members within the SATA. As such, the potential candidate will enter a five-year probation period (real like five weeks) as the current members observe and decide the fate of the interested nation. The allied nation will also have to explain to the committee what do they have to offer for the alliance that could further improve their chances of being voted into the alliance.

B. Should the nation pass all inspections, that nation will be required to build embassies for each member of the alliance with the alliance treasury paying for a staff of 500 security personnel for the first year, but onward that new member will be responsible for the protection of all ambassadors within their country. Further, that nation must bolster their military to at least 50,000 enlist soldiers and enough equipment to protect itself to give allied nations time to arrive.

Section 5. Three Pillar Foundation

Under this article, the founding members of SATA are the core pillars to keep the alliance strong and stable. Where each nation will vote upon which countries will be the anchor one of three pillars: diplomacy, militarily and security, and Economically (including Leisure and Tourism) where each one plays a key part in the stability of the alliance. A nation appointed diplomacy will be the most transparent and pro-democracy which will be needed should an allied conduct unspeakable actions against their own citizens or fellow alliance nations. The nation that is elected to the military and security will be responsible to for ensure each nation keep their military up to modern standards and not leave in pieces. Additionally, they will also be in control of the security team that will use exactly 2% of the treasury funds when activated and spend no more than five months in active-duty roles.

The economically director appointed nation will be responsible to regulate the treasury usages to avoid any country from using it as a piggy as the treasury is only for emergency uses from all countries who will have a max duration of five years (five weeks in NS) to pay back the treasury or risk being locked from the treasury until the rest of the nation’s vote upon whether to allow restoration to the treasury or locked out.

Section 6. Common Alienation of Common Foe

Under this article, each nation will submit a list of nations that they believe would not be beneficial for anyone within the Alliance to conduct business with and as such, this article will automatically mandate all nations follow suit. Should that nation has mutual diplomatic relations with another nation, that allied nation will be tasked to handle that issue when the time arises. This to ensure that no diplomatic tension or conflict arises that could turn ugly and led to a war.

Resolutions

Session 1

1. with the vote of 1-2 for the implementation of protection for human rights, the result is denied.
2. With a tie vote on the temporary alliance annexation of smaller nations during a time of crisis, Krow-Bock authorize the executive implementation according to the provision.
3. The majority vote for the international healthcare coverage provision will be enacted with the SATA treasury backing all private insurance companies to ensure federal government overreach is avoided and data security is protected and heavily encrypted.
4. With a 4-0 vote, the construction of a seed vault for future generation and perseveration will be begin in one month time (one-week IRL) with each nation contributing at least 1,000 exclusive samples.
5. With a slight majority win, “No Throwaway” provision will be enacted, where a SATA health board will work with respective nation health board for food inspection, examination, and supplement transport of label expired goods and drinks to their respective shelters. This is an option provision for each nation to partake in.
6. With a 6-0 win, the establishment of a "Ghost Airline" that will transport stranded passengers to their respective countries or destination in case of a national airline shuts down.
7. With a 5-1 vote, enact the establishment of an emergency impeachment provision if a SATA governing official is seem out of control, corrupt with power, or has been killed (OCC left NS or nation inactive).
Provisions 5 and 8 were merged to streamline and better operations for the SATA health board.

Membership Criteria
1. NO KTO MEMBERS, OBSERVERS, AND AFFILIATIONS!!!! If you try to evade the threadban, you will be reported no question asked. Enough of you already proven why I left KTO was a good move for myself. Continuing to post, even under alternate accounts, when I threadban KTO members only tarnish your organization not mine or myself, as I been minding my own business. I suggest you mind your own as well.

2. Aside from the KTO, applicants who are involved with several organizations are free to join SATA as long conflict of interests and going to war with other SATA members are avoided. If measures cannot be reached, the board will have a delegation meeting to move you from the organization altogether or ask you to refrain from such conflicts and or events, with the ultimate resolution being terminated from the organization.
3. Applicant state who have an already heated dispute, hostile or problematic, with a current SATA member will be rejected. This is to ensure an impartial and balance elections and delegations can be had without pointless in-fighting and counterproductivity.
4. SATA is primarily, an economical first organization with military being second, so anyone applying to join only to ask for military assistance and never brought anything to the delegation table will be limited in their activities and vote. The more you contribute, the more power and assistance you will receive from SATA members.

Yes, they were never active on any of my economical posts, but the moment I leave the most vocal against me, started this counterproductive behavior which made them look worse, not me. With the recent incident of one of them making a troll account to annoy me is un-needed. And the irony is, the last two SATA sign up posts has been ruined by the same person who continue to stalk and harass myself on here, with the recent getting caught with a pure harassment alt account.
