The Collective Security League Tribunal is the arm of the CSL responsible for disciplining members who violate the CSL code of conduct and the CSL charter.

• All CSL members and observers are to be respectful in the CSL forums, arguments will not be tolerated, if they are uncivil, hurtful or just tasteless
  
  
• All CSL members and observers shall be respectful to other alliances, even CSL enemies, at least within the forums. Disrespect for other alliances or nations in the forums will not be accepted. In particular, insults in the forum threads of other alliances are not to be taken lightly.
  
  
• CSL members may not engage in war crimes, slavery and mass violations of human rights, as this goes against the ethos of the CSL
  
  
• CSL members must provide 72 hours of upcoming notice to other members of upcoming military drills, even secret ones.
  
  
• CSL members must do the alliance proud in public, and show honour.
  
  
  Punishment and discipline
• Any violations of the CSL code of conduct are to be punished in the CSL tribunal (OOC: a thread will soon be created), to ensure that transparency in maintained.
  
  
• CSL members may be punished in the following ways: A suspension from posting in the CSL threads for 1 day, a 3 day suspension, ejection, sanctions or blacklisting.
  
  
• CSL members are to be given notice before being punished
  
  
• Punishments must be agreed to by 5 members to be valid.
  
  
• Punishments are to be proportional to the severity of the offence, and repeat offenders are to be punished more severely.

Raising a complaint

Any nation may raise a complaint here against a CSL member or observer, for violating the code of conduct. To do so, a form is provided here:

Non-members/observers raising a complaint are kindly requested not to comment other than the complaint form itself, unless necessary for the proceedings.

All crimes are to be tried by a panel of 6 judges and a jury, who will vote to determine the guilt of the accused. The judges are to be rotated to ensure fairness and impartiality. The current judges are:

We probably won’t try them for crimes that happened against a charter that didn’t exist then, as it wasn’t law then. That said, if enough CSL members agree, we may well consider it.

The Neibeskiyan Judge, Canstark Fenwick or C. Fenwick, arrived at the Seat of the Tribunal of the CSL. He got his papers arranged, and waited for the Others to arrive.

"Well, I believe they Must Be late. Inefficiency ... the thing I hate. I'll have wait a little longer I believe.." He said to himself, looking outside his chamber, staring at the sky and sun.

The Gabeonaian judge, Daniel Campbell arrives at the tribunal and organizes his space. Once settled, he meets with the other judges to introduce himself.

He'd say. "Hello, I'm Daniel Campbell, the judge sent from Gabeonia."
