Consitution of the International Global Federation:

Article 1: Governing Body
The Chairman is the head of the organization and the vice chairman along with any other member that is currently online can accepted new members into the organization but the federation chairman and vice chairman has no vote in the matters of the organization. All leaders of the federation will be part of the Federation Inner Circle(CIC) led by the chairman of the organization.

Article 2: War
The International Global Federation council of nations will vote on the matters of war and peace within the federation or with other regions that is affecting the IGF. Membering nations does not have the right to declare war for the organization but are welcome to put a resolution or a small statement stating the reason for a organizational declaration of war but they do reserve the right to declare war on the national level the way they want too.

Articles 3: Council of Nations
The Council of Nations will consist of all the members who do not hold a government or officer's rank within the Federation of Sovereign who will meet to discuss the important issues on coalition matters. Members of the council of nations will also ratify and discuss treaties between the International Global Federation and other organizations or regions.

Article 4: Defense Force of the Alliance
All membering nations are excepted to donate as as 1% of their overall military to the International Global Federation Defense Forces to act as defense for the alliance in times of war and peacekeepers to toubled areas or nations. The IGFDF will be under the command of the defense minster of the federation and headed by the general of the forces.

Article 5: Membering Nations
Members are excepted to respect and work cooperate with other members of the International Global Federation and any hostile movements from one member on a another will result in the aggressor being thrown out of the federation and added to the organization's ban list and will not be allowed to rejoined. We allow our members to have fun and stated their opinions on the organization but we will not put up with disrespect or any other selfish acts towards others.

Article 6: Punishment for members who brake the rules
The members who break our number one rule which is to respect all other members of the International Global Federation will be automatically banned from the organization. The officers will not accepted nations who like to disrespect others and nations of all size and governments are welcomed to join the Federation of Sovereign Nations.

Article 7: Officers
The officers of the International Global Federation will respect the regular members of the alliance. The officers will not harass or threating a regular members of the federation.

I was personally part of the first three coalitions only to see two crumble one by the loss of the leader Almaninia and the other due the destruction caused by American Capitalist.
