It is believed that these bodies were amassed during the Great Species War after the Battle of Muluku. Rumor has it that when the Langor Empire, home of the Beastkin race, attempted to whistleblow classified information of happenings in the city of Andromeda, the Ndakene government covered up and suppressed it.

Yes, we have one in our home system. However this is a military station code named "Delta- 2", it's purpose is to research and develop new military technology as well as serve as a defensive post when our home system comes under attack. Also it's not listed in any military data base any any trooper/scientist that has worked there refuses to speak about it. Then we have "Delta-45" which is a secret stagnating ground as well as communications outpost near the NEF and PRNA border.

A nation with no official government and no official national military can by logic have no secret military bases. However order is somewhat maintained by power-wielding groups around the country, many of which have secret camps, outposts, and bases around the island. Bandits, mercenaries, paramilitaries, pirates, militia groups and more also have bases and camps up and down the island, some of which are secret or hidden, and some of which are well known.

There's quite a few on pretty much every major world along with the official military bases, and more on and near "uncharted" worlds that do not appear on regular navigation charts. Still more black sites are operated by the Order of Judicators.

These classified installations serve a variety of purposes, from dangerous and exotic, or just plain classified research, to training elite operatives, to simple emergency staging areas to be used as backup locations if the regular bases nearby are lost or knocked out of operation.

It's not within Adainian interests to divulge the details behind such bases, but the general idea of them existing and what they may be are more or less open secrets. A significant chunk of the Adainian archipelago, for example, is land directly controlled by the federal government. Many particular happenings under heavy government supervision, civil or not, tend to happen in these "sectors." Although the Adainian government hasn't confirmed or denied it, it's often assumed that there are a fair amount of classified military bases of various kind in these regions. Examples of certain types that are assumed to exist include proving grounds, "national correction facilities," certain classified broadcasting stations, and military bases for the nation's higher tier forces.
