Hmm. I'd think having issues involving Willem-Alexander, der Nederlanden (first-name, last-name) would be pretty funny (but maybe that's just me?).

Male First Names: Willem-Alexander, Dick (like previous suggestion)
Female First Names: Conchita

I think it'd be amusing to have Judas as a random first name. :p

George and Toula are ones the game really needs.

Might I make a general point that there some very interesting first names I wish would show up. Arthur, Wangari, Tanisha, Eliot, Midori, Fumiya, Dirk, Maya, Isabel, Olayemi, Bogdan, Ahmed, Emiko and last but not least "Airwrecka" (permission to google that granted :p You will not be disappointed) are all names I have seen which I feel would bring a lot of richness to the game.

Of course, if I had only one choice to implement, I'd put in the name "Steve". Because last year somebody made a draft which the first option had a terrifying character in it. When we suggested giving the scary person a name, he decided to give it a random, citing how funny it would be if something like "Steve de Jong" was the one scaring the heebie-jeebies out of everyone. I have longed to see "Steve de Jong" in my issues ever since. :p

No last name suggestions really except McBride (to go with Airwrecka) and Fnu (any Last Week Tonight fans in the house?). Last names are much more telling so...yeah.

EDIT: I just remembered something. In America there is often a saying for talking about "random person"- Jo(e) Schmo. How about adding that one?

Not on a "adding them daily" basis. At some point we'll gather up another big list of names and get one of the admins to add them.
