After the total, unconditional surrender of South Archipelago Bay, the coalition forces consisting of Libertas Regionem, Huswyae, The Intergalactic Universe Corporation and The Interstellar Federation bring the leaders and officials of SAB to a formal war tribunal at the Interstellar Court of Justice.

"May Banuba enter the Trial of Pres. Bounty? " asks President Melissa Pratha.

The Republic Prosecutor supporting the coalition arrives at the courts, along with multiple eyewitnesses of the attacks in the region, including those involved in Delts Force, The Marines, and the Mechanical Surveillance Missions. They greet and shake the hands of each party in attendance.

"May Banuba enter the Trial of Pres. Bounty? " asks President Melissa Pratha.

An official message from the Interstellar Federation was relayed to Banuba: "Your request will only be accepted if you agree to unconditionally surrender your fight for SAB and pay reparations for the damages you have caused."

"We hereby surrender then and will pay war reparations if you do it" says Banuban president Melissa Pratha.

Sandra Bounty requests a jury trial, despite denying her people the same right.

The Republic Prosecutor supporting the coalition arrives at the courts, along with multiple eyewitnesses of the attacks in the region, including those involved in Delts Force, The Marines, and the Mechanical Surveillance Missions. They greet and shake the hands of each party in attendance.

The officiates in attendance greet the Republicans and show them to their respective seats.

"Okay" says Pres. Pratha. She and Gen. Darren Corkas entered the building and sat there in the court where Pres. Bounty will be tried. They muttered "Hmmmm....."

The Interstellar Court of Justice's presiding judge has ordered a trial by judge, citing "the (accused) do not deserve the right of a trial by jury due to their same treatment of their own citizens." Sandra Bounty is expected to arrive at court in a day.

The Galactican team of legal experts arrives. The Prosecutor supporting the coalition was with multiple eyewitnesses of the attacks in the region, numerous paralegals and a team of 10 lawyers. 5 generals were also there as witnesses, and they were all guarded by 20 guards. The entourage greeted and shook the hands of each party in attendance.

The Galactican team of legal experts arrives. The Prosecutor supporting the coalition was with multiple eyewitnesses of the attacks in the region, numerous paralegals and a team of 10 lawyers. 5 generals were also there as witnesses, and they were all guarded by 20 guards. The entourage greeted and shook the hands of each party in attendance.

The officiates of the trial greeted the Galacticans and escorted them to their seats. The speaker of the trial announced the first legal proceeding would be the retrial of the SAB Minster of Defence, in accordance to the SAB surrender.

An officiate informed Mr Yong that the trial will begin very soon and that the main defendant, Sarah Bounty will be arriving in a few hours.

"Alright. Let's get started with the trial of the Defence Minister, shall we?" he asks.

The speaker then acknowledged the court. "I would now like to request the presence of the prosecution." The prosecutors then walked to their respective seats in single file, with data pads in hand. "I would now like to request the presence of the defence." The defence team and defendant walked out briskly and sat down. "Thank you, the trial has now started.

"Well, this seems very interesting," comments Violet.

"Alright. Let's get started with the trial of the Defence Minister, shall we?" he asks.

This is exciting news! Huswyae will oversee the new freedoms being granted by SAB, how we go about it will be discussed, but a few options are on the table:

1. SAB becomes a province of Huswyae whilst it is being rebuilt and stabilised. Once the nation is rebuilt, it will be independent.

2. SAB becomes LMTU owned land, so any nation in the LMTU can help re-build it.

3. SAB keeps independence, but military presence of LMTU nations and the nations in the above list will remain as the nation is rebuilt.

The Galactican prosecutor raises another proposal.

"Our proposal will be in the interests of the Coalition that fought against Southern Archipelago Bay, and is as follows:

Southern Archipelago Bay will be divided along cultural lines and become properties of the Coalition's respective nations, which is selected by a lucky dip.

The provinces will be developed and administered under the Coalition's respective governments and be rebuilt under their care.

Southern Archipelago Bay's former government officials will surrender ALL their assets and personal finances to the Coalition and must pay reparations outside these of 24 billion NSD or face 30 years of hard labour before their executions (if sentence is meted).

The provinces will be granted independence within 5 years of completion of rebuilding.

However, the provinces will NOT be allowed to have a military, but a small self defence force and is supplemented by military presence of Coalition forces posted in the area"
